Lovely, comfortable cottage
The cottage provides a great base to some beautiful places to visit. It has everything you need - it's like a home from home. It has a very welcoming feel and the location is ideal for visiting the surrounding areas - Cley, Wells next the Sea, Holkham Bay (my favourite), Blakeney etc. Myself and my family had a wonderful break here and would definately visit again.

Spotlessly clean & perfectly located
Having stayed in various villages in North Norfolk over the years this year we opted for Binham (Primrose Cottage) and cannot recommend it highly enough. Binham really is perfectly located within half an hour or thereabouts from anywhere you wish to travel in North Norfolk - furthest inland we travelled was Sandringham whilst to the coast as far as Cromer. The cottage itself is spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortably accommodatrs upto 7 guests ... our group consisted of 5. A pleasant garden for morning breakfasts and a Village with its own convenience store, "old style" petrol station, pub, cows in fields, horses and a dairy cafe for ultra fresh milk, coffees, ice creams, cheeses, yoghurts & drinks. Of all the villages we have stayed at this is possibly the best and would certainly return and recommend to others. Thank you Binham, thank you North Norfolk & Primrose Cottage ... why do holidays have to fly past so quickly !!!

Idyllic break at Primrose Cottage
What a wonderfully comfortable and restful stay at the beautifully furnished Primrose Cottage. Tastefully furnished and felt very much like home away from home. Margaret was very helpful and organised; sending us a full list of helpful details beforehand to ensure our stay was pleasant. The house has everything you would expect to have in your own home, so really all items included have been thoughtfully put together. She was also very kind to follow up with a call a day after check in, to make we were comfortable. The cottage is spacious and well located allowing access to nearby town links. If rest in a beautiful surrounding is what you are looking for, Primrose Cottage will be a treat.
