Gruissan

Gruissan ist für uns immer eine Reise wert. Die Wohnung ist in einem Wohnkomplex mit Pool, Strandnah und alles, was man braucht ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist im 3. Stock und hat eine superschöne Aussicht auf das Hafenbecken mit seinen Booten. Super ist auch, dass das Haus über einen Aufzug verfügt. Das erleichtert vieles (Hochbringen des Kinderwagens, des Gepäcks, der Einkäufe...) Minuspunkte gab es für die Sauberkeit. Wir haben erst einmal geputzt um uns darin richtig wohl zu fühlen.

C'est la deuxième année que nous louons cet appartement à Gruissan et en quelques mots, je dirais que tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour en famille. L'appartement est très bien équipé, rien ne manque, ce qui permet de passer un séjour très agréable en toute quiétude. La résidence très bien entretenue, sécurisée, gardée, son parking indispensable, offre toute la détente et le repos pour un séjour parfait dans un environnement et un décor superbe. Tout cela situé à deux pas de la plage et de toutes les commodités utiles et nécessaires de la vie de tous les jours, ses restaurants,ses soirées. Nous avons apprécié ce séjour, et nous espérons bien revenir l'année prochaine.

Un bel appartement lumineux, spacieux et confortable. Très bien situé avec une belle vue sur le port. Calme le matin, animé le soir. La plage à 3 minutes à pied. Résidence calme ,propre et très bien entretenue par les concierges qui vous réservent un très bon accueil. Belle piscine. On reviendra sûrement si les disponibilités le permettent....

Je recommande vivement cet appartement lumineux, spacieux, bien équipé, vastes terrasses donnant sur le port et la mer au loin. Idéal pour passer un séjour agréable en famille ou à deux couples sans se gêner car bien isolé du bruit... Merci pour la gentillesse de la propriétaire et l'accueil des concierges.

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé. Les 2 terrasses avec vue sur le port sont très appréciables. Un bémol sur le matelas d'un des lits qui est inconfortable (on s'enfonce et on sent les ressorts). Sinon, très bien.

Appréciation de l appartement

Appartement très ensoleillé et spacieux pour pouvoir profiter en famille mais ainsi avec des amis. Très belle vue sur le port, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants se qui permet de limiter l'utilisation des véhicules surtout avec le parking sécurisé. Habituellement je passe 1 mois et demi de vacance sur GRUISSAN l'été et j'ai apprécié de passer quelque jour cet hiver. Prix de l'appartement très abordable. Je conseillerais cette location à des amis mais aussi à des personnes de mon entourage familiales

appart à ne pas louer en hiver surtout cette année car très mal isolé( une porte d' entrée avec 1cm de jour) pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain (tout le monde ne peut pas se payer des vacances au Sénégal comme suggéré par la propriétaire, pour avoir de la chaleur) matelas de la chambre à changer car on sent les ressorts

Séjourn hivernal très agréable à Gruissan

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Gruissan, l'appartement est spatieux et très fonctionnel, avec une belle terrasse appréciable même en hiver. La propriétaire est sympathique et arrangeante, l'appartement est très bien situé et même l'hiver nous avons pu trouver des commerces ouverts. Merci pour votre accueil, nous reviendrons!

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Nous avons été très satisfaits de cette location : beaucoup d'espace, de confort. Très bien meublé et équipé, propre et entretenu. Très belle vue sur le port.
