Ideally located, in the city center and close to the beach, Large, very comfortable independent house, completely renovated - city center - 10 rooms - 190 m2 - 6 bedrooms including 3 with access to the enclosed and flowered patio - 2 living rooms - independent kitchen - dining room dining (tables for 12 people) - veranda with another dining area - WIFI
Large patio of 70 m2 fully enclosed, not overlooked, flowery and very quiet, sunny all day, ideal for meals and rest away from the bustle of the city. It is equipped with a large table, a barbecue / plancha, comfortable armchairs, deckchairs and a lighting system for the evening. Ideal for the day and long convivial evenings.
1 bathroom and 2 large shower rooms, 3 independent toilets
Town center: station 50 m, shops 20 m, fishing port 300 m and large beach 400 m
The house is just as pleasant and comfortable for 6 to 15 people (no sofa beds or other unpleasant surprises).

To be paid on site:
. End of stay cleaning: 90 euros (instead of 190 euros)
The cleaning will be carried out by a specialized company after your departure (just like before your arrival).
. Sheets provided / 11 beds made: 70 euros (instead of 150 euros)
The 11 beds (4 double beds and 7 single beds) will be made up on your arrival

Maison spacieuse et super bien équipée. Il y a tout dedans pas le peine de s'embêter. Situation, juste a côté de la gare d'une boulangerie et d'un arrêt de bus. La plage est a 10min a pied a peine en passant par les rues commerçantes. Merci pour votre location c'était vraiment super. Gabriel

La proximité de la gare est un atout. La proximité du centre apprécié. En plein mois de Novembre le patio n'a pas pu être exploitée mais espace très agréable. Indépendance pratique pour isoler un bébé ou personne agée dans le besoin de calme. Location recommandée

Week-end en famille

Contact rapide et facile avec le propriétaire. Le logement est très bien situé, juste à côté de la gare (mais sans aucun bruit en provenant), à 2 pas de deux très bonnes boulangerie et à 3 pas du charmant centre ville, du port et de la plage. Le logement est assez grand pour recevoir 15 personnes avec des espaces séparés qui permettent aux enfants/ados de s'isoler mais aussi des espaces assez grands pour tous se retrouver. Un patio très agréable pour les beaux jours, car abrité du vent mais ensoleillé si besoin, équipé de grands parasols si le soleil est trop chaud. Logement équipé de tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, vaisselle en quantité, tous les ustensiles de cuisine..; Rien ne manque (sauf une roulette à pizza, mais le propriétaire nous a dit qu'il allait y remédier). Un logement parfait.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location, dont la situation est excellente : tout se fait très facilement à pied, la plage aussi bien que les commerces, et la gare est vraiment à 3mn à pied avec le train direct pour Paris ! La location est spacieuse avec plusieurs espaces conviviaux qui permettent de ne pas être les uns sur les autres, et il est très très agréable de prendre les repas ou lire dans le patio, bien isolé du bruit malgré la proximité de la ville. Le propriétaire est très disponible et très arrangeant. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location !

Super séjour en famille

Nous étions 16 personnes de 6 mois à 71 ans pour passer quelques jours en famille. La maison est grande, chaleureuse et très bien équipée. On peut y manger tous ensemble autour d'une grande table et chacun peut également s'isoler. La plage est accessible à pied ainsi que le marché couvert et le centre ville. Nous y avons été fort bien accueillis et espérons revenir très vite.

Une semaine sans fausse note !!

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cette maison que nous avons surnommé «la maison du bonheur ». Tout commence par le charmant accueil de Bénigne. La maison est atypique et pleine de charme. Elle est parfaite pour recevoir 15 personnes. Le patio est vraiment agréable et ensoleillé et la situation de la maison est parfaite.
