Unforgettable Sunsets on Lake Front Living with 4 Bedroooms & 3 Washrooms

This Fenelon Falls home is located minutes from the Village of Fenelon Falls. Air Conditioned 4 Bedrooms, 3 Washrooms, Gas cooktop with indoor grill, Dishwasher, Trash compactor, Microwave and Laundry room. Home theatre, 4 Flat Screens, 2 Hot tubs (One indoors in the Master Bedroom and one outside) and a steam room. Outdoor furniture and a TV in the screened in deck. Lots of outdoor furniture for laying out in the sun. This is not a cottage it is a custom home with a Chipping and Putting Green.

Please Note: We do require a security deposit of $2000.00 that must be paid via EFT prior to your stay. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days if there is not any damage claims.

We loved the place. Very comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend it.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. Having sound system throughout the house was an added bonus. Being right by the water and being able to fish right from the dock was a treat. Thanks for the stay.

Amazing cottage!

We spent a week at this amazing cottage for Canada day this year! Cannot say enough about this amazing lakefront cottage!!!! Well appointed kitchen! Very clean and updated! Great screened in porch! Super comfy outdoor furniture! Our nine year old loved the putting green, jumping off the dock, and tubing. We rented a boat and went to Bobcaygeon for breakfast. Another day we went through the locks and had lunch in Coboconk. There was a heat wave when we were there so very grateful for the AC! Loved the sound system available outside by the hot tub! The location was awesome!!! End of sturgeon lake, beginning of the Fenelon river was perfect for watching the boats go by!! Quick drive to town, great grocery store, (Sobey’s)some cute shops but worth the drive to Bobcageon (15-20minutes away) by car or boat. There was a storm while we were there and the outside screen had come off its track. The owner immediately responded and handyman was there within the hour. Hope to return again next year!!! Thanks so much Warren!!!

Beautiful getaway!

Warren was a warm, welcoming and helpful host. The property is amazing and just as the pictures show. State of the art music system, beautiful kitchen with high end appliances. Right on the lake and the hot tub was an extra bonus. Thanks again Warren!

Beautiful fall get away

A luxury home rather than a cottage on a beautiful lake. Peaceful setting. The house has everything needed. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Great rental - beautiful and everything you could want!

This cottage was absolutely beautiful - exactly as the pictures had shown. It was impeccably cleaned and maintained and the perfect layout for our family of 5. The kitchen has a great layout for cooking and the living area easily accommodates everyone very comfortably. We were at the cottage over the latter part of the summer and when the nights got a little cooler we were able to make use of the hot tub which easily fit 5 adult-sized people. Our boys really liked the putting green and the large projection screen at night for movies. The large screen TV was easy to use. Initially we had difficulty getting the stereo system going but Warren quickly responded to our call for help and walked us through that. My husband and I loved the screened-in porch, complete with a table for 6 and a TV - I think we ate every meal out there as it was so nice to be able to eat and drink outside without the bugs, catch the end of the Oympics and watch the boats go by. We loved the location; close to town but still removed enough to feel like you were away from it all. We brought our own boat - the dock was one of the best we have seen and again this was the perfect location as it allowed us to quickly boat to the locks to cruise the other lakes west of us as well as just cruise into Fenelon Falls for a bite or some shopping. We highly recommend this rental - you won't be disappointed!

BEAUTIFUL COTTAGE GETAWAY!

We had an amazing time at this gorgeous cottage! The pictures were great but to see in person, the property was more than we could have expected! Definitely not your average cottage, more like luxurious home! Perfect layout that gave everyone separate living space, comfortable beds and beautiful gourmet kitchen with indoor/outdoor dining area. The owner did a fabulous job building this, thought of everything, even a steam shower! The views of lake were amazing, lots of sun and comfortable outdoor sitting area with fireplace. My husband loved the putting green too! It's very close to town with cute little shops, restaurants and grocery stores. My whole family had a wonderful experience and we can't wait to come back next year.

Absolutely stunning

My family and I went to this beautiful cottage for a week and everything is as seen in the pictures. We were all amazed with the layout and in almost every room had a view of the lake. Very spacious and clean and it was an absolute dream to be in there. The only devastating part was leaving. I would love to go back every year and have this experience as much as possible. Hands down, one of the best properties I have ever stayed in.

Great girls weekend!

Great girls fall getaway! This luxury cottage retreat is a gem, not far from the city. It slept 8 of us perfectly. The kitchen is stacked with all your kitchen needs and is a dream to cook in. Beds are comfy, cozy and quite. This is definitely not your traditional cottage. Warm days allowed us to hang out on the dock and fantastic deck that faces west, enjoying the fall Colours and sunlight. The owner has taken great pride in building this retreat. The cottage is situated very close to a grocery store, which was perfect for picking up forgotten food. The owner was easy to deal with and answered all our questions promptly. I highly recommend this place and can't wait for our return in 2016. If you are doing a girls weekend, dont forget to take sometime to head to "bigleys" shoe store in Bobcagyen - it's worth the drive.

Great location and a great holiday!

My family and I stayed the week (March break)! We had many options prior to booking.. We wanted calm water for swimming and lots of room for big meals. We chose wisely here.. Our experience was exceptional.. Lots of space.. All the amenities and very classy.. I wish we owned a cottage so special! Having so many floors and rooms, everyone had their privacy when they wanted it. The main cottage was perfect for group activities and my brother and his yoots were definitely spoiled in the high end boat house.. Honestly.. This isn't a boathouse.. Better than any cottage I have ever been too! Will rent again next year.. Everything was is good working order and swimming was awesome.. No weeds and no rocks.. The kids never left the water and we could watch them easily from both cottages. Thanks to Warren all our questions were answered quickly and all needs we met! Thank you again! See you next year!

Can't wait to go back!

This is much more than a cottage. The master bedroom was awesome with it's fireplace, balcony overlooking the water and private bath. Beautfully decorated a great space for your family to get together. Fantastic location 5 minutes to the town of Fenelon Falls with restaurants, shopping,snowmobile trails and ice fishing. The whole family had a great time.

Family Day Weekend

We had a wonderful three night stay,House was Amazing with all the Amenities .Theater room was great for our movie nights,Kitchen was Stunning and had everything we could have needed and more!!Simply an Awesome house for our family day weekend! We will be back. Heather Muir
