San Lorenzo al Mare is a maritime nucleus located on the beach with a lovely marina. The beaches formed by fine sand are largely public but there is no shortage of bathing establishments. San Lorenzo al Mare represents the starting point of the cycle path that running on the edge of the sea connects the towns of San Lorenzo al Mare and Sanremo and which in 2015 was the starting point of the Giro d'Italia.
Animals are not accepted.

Es war sauber und ok für 3Personen.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell am Strand. Es ist schade, dass die Wohnung mit Parkplatz angepriesen wird und schlussendlich kostet der Einstellhallenplatz 20 Euro/Nacht. Aussenparkplatz gibts keinen…

Soggiorno molto piacevole, soddisfatte della scelta!
L'appartamento è ubicato in una palazzina di soli tre piani ma provvista di ascensore.
L'appartamento è in ottime condizioni e luminoso grazie alle due porte finestre che accedono al terrazzino, molto comodo e spazioso, provvisto di tavolino con sedie e stendino, dove si può godere anche di un'ampia veduta.
Provvisto di cucina nuova e mobili di arredo pratici (divano e poltrone a letto, ampio armadio a specchio, televisore, bagno con finestra provvisto di specchiera con mensole e cassettiera).
Ubicazione ottimale e località suggestiva!
Volendo, l'utilizzo della macchina non è necessario. Nelle immediate vicinanze si possono raggiungere infatti in pochi minuti a piedi servizi e negozi per ogni tipo di necessità: 2 banche, bar/pasticceria (ottimo), giornalaio/tabacchi, mini supermercato, servizio lavanderia, farmacia, parrucchiere, estetista, stazione ferroviaria e fermata bus.
Soprattutto, si può raggiungere in pochi minuti (sempre a piedi) la spiaggia!
Spiagge sia private sia libere che soddisfano ogni tipo di necessità e divertimento, grazie alla presenza di ottimi ristoranti sul mare, pista ciclabile e/o pedonale da cui si può raggiungere anche Sanremo, negozi ed eventi di intrattenimento di vario genere (musica, spettacoli di magia per bambini, mercatini, etc...).
