Beautiful studio apartment in Sarlat's most iconic building with outstanding views over Place de Liberté, the heart of medieval Sarlat. Sarlat's gastronomic restaurants, shops, galleries, cafes and tourist attractions are only a few steps away.
The 30m sq studio has a spacious living and sleeping area with kingsize bed (160x200cm), dining area, armchairs and coffee table. Separate well equipped kitchen with electric oven, grill & hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Bathroom containing bath with shower, hand basin and WC. Washing machine, hairdrier and ironing facilities are provided.
Be transported back in time as you walk through the medieval courtyard taking the spiral staircase up to this lovely studio apartment located on the first floor. Watch the comings and goings of the famous Sarlat market on Wednesdays and Saturdays from your window and let street performers entertain you in summer while your fresh coffee is brewing in the kitchen. As the day ends, you can unwind at Jimmy's Bar conveniently located on the ground floor.
Take your time wandering off the beaten track, through the many lanes of France's largest preserved medieval town, maybe dropping into some of the numerous art galleries dotted around the town.
Tourist attractions within strolling distance: Cathedrale de Saint-Sacerdos, Lanterne des Morts (Lantern of the Dead), Manoir de Gisson, Hôtel de La Boétie, panoramic lift with 360° view over Sarlat.
