Luxury Beach Loft apartment is a 85 sqm apartment with two bedroom ideal for up to 5 persons, located in a charming building few steps away from a peaceful beach. Apartments is located in a traditional seaside village, Kiveri, near to Nafplio, Mycenae, Epidaurus, Argos and all the archeological sites in Argolis. Many beautiful beaches and traditional village are in few kilometers away from our location. The shops and taverns in Kiveri village are in walking distance through a seaside path front of the apartment.
Stunning sea view from all windows and from the amazing balcony faces the waterfront. Walk down to the beach area and take a dip in the transparent blue of the Greek sea. Watch the moon and the stars while relaxing in the amazing (30sqm) balcony. Our stairs drive direct to a small beach front of the apartment. Also through a path front of the apartment you can find in walking distance two public beaches with sun bed in Kiveri village. Furthermore many traditional villages and beaches you can find in few kilometers away from our location
Apartment consists of two floors. The ground floor is an open-plan light-filled living room with fireplace, kitchen, the dining area, the main bathroom with shower, a sofa-single bed and comfortable armchairs. Two bedrooms with double-beds are in the loft area above the main living room, accessible via a ladder, a small w.c.
The apartment is well-equipped with all the modern comforts such as air conditioning/heating, free unlimited Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, laundry facilities. A fully equipped kitchen with full fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, dishes and cooking utensils (pots, pans etc.), toaster and all the home amenities needed for holidays.
Relax to the spectacular fully equipped huge balcony and have you breakfast at the amazing sea view.
Have a nice barbeque to our free for guests’ barbeque area. Free parking is available 24hours per day at the side of the building.

the property is nestled in a beautiful village. the views from the propery are breath taking. we enjoyed the strolls around the property. There is a restaurant bown by the street; groceries and bakery is near by too. we ate all our meals on the balcony overlooking the sea. Watched beautiful sun rises right from the there. Christos, the host is very attentive, He welcomed us when we arrived, the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. He shared so much of information on the local attractions. we would highly recommend this property .

Gut ausgestattete und saubere Ferienwohnung, unkomplizierter Check-In, Kommunikation mit Gastgeber per WhatsApp problemlos. Tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und auf Nafplion. Unmittelbarer Zugang zum Wasser (wie üblich dort in der Gegend Steine, kein Sandstrand). Gut geeignet vor allem für Familien mit etwas älteren Kindern, da Schlafräume über Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort zu Fuß erreichbar, ansonsten größere Supermärkte innerhalb von 20 Minuten per Auto erreichbar. Generell ist ein Auto erforderlich, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Dabei sind die Küstenorte genau so zu empfehlen wie das bergige Hinterland.

Locatie top, appartement uitermate teleurstellend

Luxe appartement geboekt met 2 badkamers en een spabad, volgens de website en onze bevestiging. Daar aangekomen bleek de 2e badkamer een toilet. Tevens geen spabad. De eigenaar kwam erbij en zei dat een toilet een badkamer is. Vervolgens haalde hij de instellingen op de site erbij en klikte hij ter plaatse het vinkje 2e badkamer en spabad uit... Hij heeft dus bewust zaken aangevinkt die er dus niet zijn! Geen excuus of iets anders. Terras en locatie kan ik niks negatiefs over zeggen. Dit is super! Inrichting: Goedkoop Ikea meubilair, overgeschilderd, oude doorgezakt bank, 2e slaapkamer is direct naast 1e op overloop zonder deur, 1e slaapkamer doorgezakt bed, hygiëne badkamer slecht, koelkast stonk. Prijs totaal niet in verhouding tot het gebodene.

Superb view!

Our apartment was well appointed and true to the pictures. We loved our walk on the beach trail each morning. The view of the bay and Nafplio was different each day depending on weather conditions and did not seize to amaze.

Amazing see view

The flat welcomed us with its amazing see view, which we enjoyed everyday. The Host were very nice, especially Maria. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay very much in spite of the incredible noise from the main road, where the bedrooms are and the brightness in the morning. Not the place for quiet nights unless you bring earplugs and a sleeping mask.

A week long vacation in Kiverio

A really splendid property which looks just like in the images provided. The village is a few minutes away on a seaside “promenade” with a some nice restaurant, and great backers. Everyone is friendly and helpful and speaks at least a few words in English. Highly recommend!

Appartement avec vue sublime, intérieur bien décoré et bien équipé , literie confortable ,très lumineux. Nous avons profité de la terrasse pour y diner le soir en regardant la mer. De plus, l'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter les principaux sites du Péloponèse: Nous avons pu visiter Mycènes, Tyrinthe , et Epidaure en une seule journée.Le propriétaire Christos et sa mère sont très accueillants et réactifs à la moindre question. Nous y reviendrons et nous vous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Super Ferienwohnung, geräumig (großes Wohn- Esszimmer mit Küche, große Terrasse, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Bad, zusätzliche Toilette), sehr sauber. Hier ist alles für einen schönen Ferienaufenthalt vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer und in jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Kleines Manko (deshalb von uns nur 4 Sterne): die Straße verläuft direkt neben dem Haus und ist deutlich zu hören. Wir haben meistens mit Stöpseln im Ohr geschlafen.

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Ferienwochen in Christos Appartement verbracht. Wir liebten besonders die großzügige Terrasse und den herrlichen Ausblick. Im Appartment war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Christos war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Kiveri eignet sich als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu vielen Zielen in der Umgebung.

Beds are upstairs and slept well. You access the beds/bedrooms via spiral metal staircase. Air conditioning worked very well. Kitchen was equipped, spacious, and easy to work in. Upstairs is half bath. Downstairs bathroom and shower was spacious. We ate out on the balcony every evening. Maybe we were lucky, but did not have any issues with mosquitoes while sitting on balcony. Got up every morning to watch sunrise. Washing machine worked well. Clothes dried on balcony using metal rack. GPS 37.523450, 22.729670 = Small grocery store few minutes down the road. GPS 37.525703, 22.724738 = Meat market Overall, great place to stay.

View to Die For!

When we walked into the apartment we just said 'Wow!' Because the view was amazing - blue sky and even bluer sea - it is a view that you will rarely see elsewhere. The apartment was modern and well equipped - bedrooms a bit basic but functional The only few minor points were no kettle or mugs so was a pain for tea drinkers, the 'sun deck' was in the shade all day (early Oct), the road outside was noisy at night and there was nowhere open to eat but the 3 latter points were to do with it being October Napflio is only about 20 mins away to eat and Argos is about 10 mins with a Lidl. Flat is very clean and great place to rest and relax. We would return (especially if the provided a kettle!).
