About this property

Casa di Maria is in the beautiful countryside of the Val d'Orcia near Montalcino and Siena. Overlooking large green areas, olive trees and vineyards, with private garden table and chairs, barbecue. The Tuscan-style apartment accommodates four people has a large dining area with kitchen,refrigerator, coffee maker,kitchen pantry,sitting room with fireplace, sofa, one bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom and one with double bed and bathroom in front of the bedroom.In the nearby we have the spa, horseback riding, swimming pool and wine cellars wine Brunello. Just 15-20 minutes you can reach the famous places: Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, Bagno Vignoni.
Upon arrival our guests will find what you need to prepare a lunch, a dinner, a breakfast and a bottle of wine we produce. Cooking classes can be booked with a mother tongue teacher at her school . Also you can book food and wine tours, truffle research in the farms near Casa di Maria.

A beautiful Tuscan experience

We adored our time in this beautiful Tuscan farmhouse. It was in the most magnificent location away from the crowds of Italy. It was peaceful and calm and a perfect start to our holiday. Angela was a warm, friendly and helpful host and added to the wonderful experience we had in Tuscany. We loved this property.

Amazing

This is the perfect house for your Tuscany vacation. Has everything you need, kitchen with full size fridge, oven and stovetop with pots, pans and plates! Stand up showers with perfect hot water after a long day of exploring. Great little town 10 minutes away called Torrenieri that we ate at twice, best meal I had while there….. two restaurants both are great. Owners Angela and Alessandro were great hosts, always available if needed anything. Even stopped by to drop off a warm comforter as it was going to be cold that night. Town of Buonconvento is 15 minutes away, great little shops and restaurants. There is a small store there that sells fresh fruits and vegetables, better than you can get at the local market COOP. I would have loved to stay until even longer, this place was perfect! Just a beautiful relaxing location.

Beautiful View

I really enjoyed staying here. Heating is charged separately at the end of the stay. 22 cubic meters costed 130 Euros. Something to be aware of. It is a farm house so little harmless insects can be seen. Not a problem for me because it shows how clean and preserved the environment is. Angela provided a crib for my 5 month old son. They are readily available when you need them in person and whatsapp. Location is pretty decent. Downtown really close!
