Beautiful flat with sea views on the first line of the beach of ‘Las Canteras’. From the balcony there are spectacular views over the bay, especially during sunset.Situated on the third floor of a residential building, the balcony offers spectacular views over the bay of Las Palmas and its large beach ‘Las Canteras’.The flat is built in loft style, the kitchen is separated from the living areas. It has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. It has two comfortable single beds. Wifi and HD high definition TV.The kitchen is fully equipped and the balcony allows you to enjoy an outdoor breakfast.The beach of ‘La Puntilla’ is located at the end of the promenade of Las Canteras and is the best beach in terms of safety. Its promenade of almost four kilometres offers a great gastronomic and cultural variety. Las Canteras was considered in 2016 as one of the best urban beaches in the world, with a natural barrier of rocks that turns this part of the beach into a gigantic natural swimming pool.
