This terraced cottage is on the outskirts of the village of Burton-in-Kendal near Kirkby Lonsdale and sleeps up to six people in two bedrooms.

Rosemary Cottage is a terraced cottage in the village of Bunrton-in-Kendal near Kirkby Lonsdale. The cottage sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms which are a king-size double and a twin. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburning stove. Outside there roadside parking for one car outside the cottage and a lawned garden with decking, furniture and lockable bike storage. Rosemary Cottage is a fantastic property in an ideal location with so many things to see and do you’ll have to book a return trip! Please note: this property only allows short breaks within the same changeover week.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky, Xbox, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of games and DVDs. Fuel and power included in rent, starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Roadside parking for 1 car outside cottage. Lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Lockable bike storage. Two well-behaved small/medium dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 20 mins walk. Note: Very limited mobile phone reception. Wifi calling available. Please note: this property only allows short breaks within the same changeover week. Changeover day is a Friday


Region: Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Town: A small, traditional Cumbrian village set in beautiful countryside and ideally placed for exploring Southern Lakeland, the Yorkshire Dales and the peaceful Forest of Bowland. The village has a Post Office/general store, a butcher and a pub that serves good food. It lies 7 miles from the lovely old market town of Kirkby Lonsdale, and 12 miles from Kendal, the gateway to the Lake District. There is easy access to many areas of interest, with the historic city of Lancaster and the seaside resorts of Morecambe and Blackpool all within easy reach.
