Disappointing.

Very disappointing stay. There is no air conditioning and Lisboa is HOT. When I searched properties I sorted by air conditioning so I expected this to have AC and it didn’t. My partner has a medical condition exacerbated by heat and I let the property know this and I never got any assistance. There is a fan but it is tiny. You can’t open the windows because there is incessant dog barking. I’m extremely disappointed as I reached out to the property the minute we learned of the heat issue and my partner’s medical condition and to this day I have not heard back from the property for any kind of resolution.

Beautiful but noisy

The space itself is beautiful, perfectly sized. I loved that everything can be closed behind doors with the kitchenette and storage. I also loved the elevator in the building. The only thing that was edging on unbearable were the dogs that were next door. I wasn’t sure it it was a kennel or a private owner but there were about 8-12 dogs kept outside that would constantly bark at random hours. Sometimes at 6 am, sometimes at 2 am. This wasn’t mentioned at all in the listing and personally the place was still worth it for me because I was out for most of the day. Depends on how much barking you can handle.
