In the town of Grignols in Dordogne Périgord- Near Saint Astier.
16m x 8m secure swimming pool shared by 4 lodgings.
Green spaces, terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
A 27m2 dining room with a new 140cm sofa bed for 2 people, table, 4 chairs, 80cm flat screen
A kitchen of 7m2 with oven, 4-ring gas hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, complete cookware.
A bathroom with shower cubicle, cabinet with basin and WC.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm new bedding)
Pillows, duvets provided
Chartreuse on 160ha in the countryside. Farm at 300m with cows and ducks. Hiking trails on the estate.

Tapage nocturne et fete dans le chateau

Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour sur 5 jours mais seul bemol important : une fete programmee dans la salle pour un anniversaire nous a empeche de dormir jusqu a 4h du matin! Veille de notre depart. Malgre l appel au responsable du gite et l annonce presisant pas de fete. Il se trouve qu en fait cela clncerne uniquement les gites et pas lq salle proche dans le chateau. Des cris des chants et des boums boums de basses etaient insupportables. Le matin, lq vooture etait bloquee. Nous esperons un geste commercial car la nuit ne fut pas du tout reposante, bien au contraire, precisant que le lieu est au calme. Sinon nous avons passe un bon sejour, gite bien agence et tres bon accueil. Tres dommage...

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le logement était adéquate avec notre chat, la piscine était grande, l’accueil du gérant fut bonne et réactive. Des produits locaux à la vente, bien pratique. Très beau domaine.
