Escape to paradise. An intimate house surrounded with a private pool.

Wonderful house with a private pool nestled amongst banana trees, overlooking the west coast of the island with long, colorful sunsets year-round, situated 350 meters above sea level.

You'll love it if you enjoy privacy and a rural setting away from mass tourism.

We recommend having a car. Supermarkets and restaurants are located within 1000 meters.

There are many hiking trails close to the house.

The pool is currently under construction and will be available in March 2025.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Haus. Besonders genossen haben wir die Ruhe, die Aussicht und den Sternenhimmel.Von La Punta aus erreicht man schnell Wanderwege im Nord Westen der Insel und in 15 Min. den Strand von Tazacorte. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Maison typique au coeur des bananiers

Agréable maison au calme , entourée de bananier. La vue est fantastique, la maison est typique et permet de se reposer et de parcourir la palma. Il reste juste une piscine et tout serait grandiose. Mais même sans la piscine, tout a été parfait

Ruhiges, gepflegtes Haus

Wir waren überrascht, wie gepflegt das Haus war - von einer Bananenplantage umgeben ist man völlig ungestört - Sonnenuntergänge jeden Abend - wer es ruhig und einsam mag ist dort gut aufgehoben.

Maison parfaite pour deux couples, au calme et vue mer.

Merci Yolanda pour ton accueil chaleureux. La maison est parfaite pour 4 personnes au milieu des bananiers et au calme. Belle terrasse avec vue mer pour prendre les repas. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur l'ile. Superbes randonnées dans des paysages magnifiques.

Beautifully restored casa.

The casa is set amongst banana plantations, which gives it complete privacy. It has been restored to a very high standard, with a terrace and garden to sit out in and watch the sun set in the evening. The area is very peaceful, although it is only a few minutes drive to the main road, where there is a supermarket. If you like peace and privacy, this is an ideal property.

Beautiful quiet location

Beautiful quiet location with own fruit trees and palms, nice ocean view through the banana plantation, very clean house. We had a great time. The communication with the agency was always nice, reliable and binding. Yolanda and Juan are very friendly and sunny people. :) The TV is new and much bigger (flatscreen) than on the picture, so you can connect it with tablet or laptop. You'll need a car, but that should be sure if you visit a Canarian Island. The path along the cliff down to the beach gives you a fantastic view. We loved it. Thanks a lot! :)

La maison située sur les hauteurs de la Punta, est très agréable et confortable. Au milieu des bananiers, on est vraiment au calme. Excellent accueil de Yolanda vers minuit 😁. L'île mérite bien un séjour d'une semaine minimum.
