Why they chose this property
Although I do not own this particular condo, my wife and I own 2 other properties in this building.
I moved to Roatan in 2004. I love it here. Why? Because it is a beautiful place, and the colors never fail to impress. The water is warm, the people kind, and it is a great place to vacation.
I chose West Bay to live, because it is home to the BEST beach and it is the quietest and safest place to live. That's a fact.
Renting a condo at the West Bay Mall and Condos, means that YOU want to be close to the beach, but don't want the noise and the crowds associated with the beachfront resorts. You want your own place with all the conveniences of home. Best Secret? The building has a backup generator, and that means you have power (A/C, fans, etc), all the time; while others have to deal with power outages. Oh YES! it happens every week.

What makes this property unique
If you want to be super close to one of the best beach in the Caribbean and the best snorkeling, but you want to avoid the nightly chaos that every resort offers (spelled N-O-I-S-E), then this is the place to be. Convenient to everything important; the community of West Bay beach is the place you want to be.
This is one of the few 2 bedroom condos that has 2 FULL bathrooms. Great for 2 couples or families.
In addition, my place of business is located on the main floor and is open everyday from 9am - 7pm. My staff are there to answer any and all questions. It's like having your own personal Front Desk staff.
