Daniel, Thank you for your kind review. We are delighted to hear that your group enjoyed the pool and hot tub that is right across the street. It is good to hear that the bedroom with bunk beds was perfect for a family of 4. Thank you for the feedback about the second bedroom being slightly small, we will consider what we can do to optimize the space in there. We are looking forward to hosting you again for another memorable stay. :) Kind regards, -Holly

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the weather didn’t cooperate during your weekend getaway and that the internet being down made things challenging, especially with the rain. But, so glad we were able to resolve quickly! We appreciate your understanding and patience. We hope to welcome you back for a sunnier stay in the future! -Mackey

Thank you for leaving a review! We are so glad you had a great stay. We have replaced all of the light bulbs that were out - please always let us know and we are happy to bring more bulbs during your stay! There is hard water in the area so we provide Lemishine for guests to use to combat the hard water stains. They aren't harmful or dirty. Please use the provided Lemishine and that should clear it right up :) The TV is operated like any normal TV so please again just call us if you need assistance or want to know where to buy groceries. We are always here to help! It was lovely to host you and we hope you come stay with us again soon.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We sincerely apologize that the home was not properly prepared for your arrival and that the downstairs heaters were not connected — especially given the very cold temperatures. We understand how uncomfortable that must have been, and we’re grateful for your patience while our team worked to resolve the issue and provide additional space heaters. We’ll be reviewing this with our maintenance team to ensure the heaters are fully functional and inspected before each stay moving forward. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, furnishings, and that our team treated you well throughout the process. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother experience in the future.
