Come spend a nice relaxing holiday in our house located in a secure residence "the field of Vertmarines" offering great benefits:

- large living room with lounge, dining room, flat screen TV, DVD player, free wifi in the house
- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster).
- 3 beautiful bedrooms including a master suite with ensuite bathroom (2 beds of 160, 2 beds of 90)
- 1 shower room with bathtub

Private garden, nicely wooded and enclosed by walls offering:
- private pool, about 8 * 4 m, heated by heat pump (open seasonally, from April to October approx.) water heated to 26 degrees without supplement
- 4 sunbaths
- a relaxation area with 2 very comfortable garden chairs
- 3 pool mattresses
- 2 children's chairs
- Barbecue
- a large garden table and 6 chairs

Also, we put at your disposal 3 bikes that will take you to the city center or to the beach in 3 kms by bike paths that crisscross the forest and are accessible from the subdivision.

All shops within 5 minutes drive.

The house is about 85m² and is located 2.5 km from the beach.

Treat yourself to a thalassotherapy or practice golf, tennis and why not tree climbing for the joy of young and old, everything is possible in Saint Jean de Monts.

Not far from St. Gilles cross of life and Sables d'Olonne, renowned for its beaches and its port.

Or why not take the kids to Le Puy du Fou located just 1 hour or to the Sable d'Olonne zoo.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Alles unkompliziert und problemlos, von der Buchung, dem Kontakt vor der Anreise, Check-in und Check-out, Betreuung vor Ort. Freundlich und professionell. Das Haus ist super gelegen, schöne und ruhige Nachbarschaft, kleine Siedlung, netter kleiner Garten, toller Pool, Familien- und Hundefreundlich. WLAN problemlos. Küche etwas klein für größere Familie, aber alles da, was man benötigt. Das war unser 2. Aufenthalt in diesem Haus und hoffentlich nicht der letzte. Vielen Dank an die nette Vermieterin und den netten Concierge-Dienst!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus absolut genossen! Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten und der tolle Pool machen das Haus zu etwas Besonderem. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin,und dem Concierge-Dienst vor Ort war herzlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Alle Fragen wurden rasch beantwortet, jedes Anliegen sofort geklärt. vielen Dank für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Maison plutôt agréable, environnement sécurisé . Gros points négatifs : la propreté et l’entretien du jardin. Assiettes/verres sales Poils/cheveux sur alèse Poils blancs et sable sur le plaid du canapé L’entretien du jardin n est vraiment pas top, la tondeuse a juste été passé… Pour un séjour de 2600€ nous espérions une maison plus entretenue.

Villa et extérieur très bien mais bémol sur la propreté intérieur

Très belle villa et très beaux extérieurs ( piscine, terrasse, lieu de détente ... ) par contre très déçu de l’état de propreté de l’intérieur ( cuisine et vaisselle sale et collante, sol et douche pas nettoyés, sans compter toutes les toiles d’araignée.... ) on a eu l’impression qu’après le dernier locataire, le ménage n’a pas été fait ( il restait même encore les produits de douche et savonnette, même brosse à dents ! ) pour le prix payer, et comme on paye un forfait nettoyage à la fin du séjour, j’estime qu’on peut avoir un logement propre à notre arrivée ! Ce qui n’a pas été le cas !

Agréable maison avec piscine située au calme

Maison très agréable avec jardin clôturé, donc parfait pour animal de compagnie. Piscine, transats, vélos... à disposition. Chambres confortables. Peut être un peu éloignée des centres d'activités... 10 min en voiture pour St Jean de Mont et 15min en voiture pour st Gilles. Mais directement accès à la poste cyclable en forêt. Donc bien calme.
