The Kozy Cabin is exactly is in fact cozy! We enjoyed our stay while visiting the national park. It was a great place to return to and relax in the evening. Just down the street from a rodeo we attended which was super fun and not too far from west Yellowstone which is a cute downtown touristy area

The place looked cute in the pictures but looked really tired in person. We had to cut our stay short because of breathing issues from the smoke from the controlled fires nearby but the owner said that couldn’t have been the issue. Maybe he’s right and it was actually all the dust in the cabin, the bugs in the pull out couch making it unusable along with the pistachio shells we found (we have nut allergies) or the dirty sock we found under the living room chair from a previous guest? I would not stay here again and would not recommend this stay to anyone either.

Hi Kenzie, We always want our guests to have a wonderful stay, so we’re really sad to see this review. You reached out via email at 11 p.m. on the night you arrived, concerned about a temporary controlled burn that took place miles away up the mountain earlier that day, and asked for a refund to cut your trip short. While we completely understand being cautious about mountain air quality, the burn lasted only a few hours and the rain we had overnight cleared the air beautifully. Because you departed at 6:20 the next morning before our office opened, we unfortunately didn’t get the chance to chat or reassure you. We keep our direct phone number right on the fridge so guests can reach us 24/7 for any immediate help, but we didn't receive a call, and only had the opportunity to let you know the next morning that, because the outdoor issue had passed, we would not be able to issue a refund for the remaining nights. Your initial notes were entirely about the outdoor air, so we were surprised to read about these indoor cleanliness issues later on. Our wonderful cleaner—who takes incredible pride in keeping this cabin spotless—checked everything after you left and found the cabin in perfect shape. We love hosting here in the mountains and will always do our best to take great care of our guests. We have a long history of wonderful reviews from guests who love our cleanliness, and we will continue to pour that same love and care into our property. ~ All the best, Bill

The Kozy cabin was perfect for our visit to Yellowstone. It was even bigger than I thought. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you could need. Bill was a fantastic host and answered any questions promptly. It would be my pleasure to stay again in the future. Highly recommend!!

We had the most wonderful stay at the cozy cabin. It was so restful. The Cabin has everything you need. The TV , wireless, kitchen, sofa etc….was great. The bed is super comfortable and the shower is more than adequate. We had 8-10 inches of snow fall on us which added to the coziness. West Yellowstone is close by and it was easy to pickup groceries. Getting in and out of the park is a breeze. We hope to return in the next year or two. We won’t even look for anywhere else to stay.
