Fishing chalet, (secondary residence) referenced 3 * by departmental approval
At the edge of the EDF dam (600 hectares) of Saint-Etienne-Cantalès, our chalet offers the possibility of a peaceful holiday. in its clearing with a clear view of the lake of the dam, our rental has direct access to the banks, a boat and mountain bikes are at your disposal. ideal for a quiet holiday, you can practice fishing, water sports, walks by the lake, on foot or by mountain bike (provided free of charge) ...
the jacuzzi (6 people, free in summer, optional in low and mid season: 80 euros / week) will provide you with relaxation at the end of the day! In the undergrowth, you will enjoy the coolness of a nap in the hammocks while the children are entertained with the swing, the slide or the small trapper's hut (Cantalien!) Unless you are tempted by a mountain bike outing! (6, of different sizes including one fitted with a child seat)

On a adoré notre séjour au chalet, on a vraiment déconnecté! Tout est pensé pour se détendre, il ya les jeux à l'extérieur pour les enfants, les chaises longues, des vélos, des jeux de sociétés pour enfants et plus grands, des DVD... La proximité du lac est très pratique, la vue est magnifique et l'on peut profiter des couchers de soleils depuis le jacuzzi! Jacques et Valérie sont très gentils, disponibles et réactifs en cas de besoin. Nous conseillons ce bel endroit sans hésiter! Nous, on reviendra c'est certain! Alicia et Lucas

Hygiène ignoble

Nous sommes arrivés à l heure dite mais visiblement nos prédécesseurs ayant laissé le logement dans un état lamentable le temps a plus que manque pour remettre en état de propreté la location Nous avons donc séjourné dans des selles, des urines et du vomi…le frigo tout collant de je n’ose imaginer quoi et de la literie encore pleine de sueur et tachée… Confirmé par la propriétaire qui s’est excusée, néanmoins nous sommes dégoûtés écœurés

Location au top

Le chalet est confortable les propriétaires pleins de petites attentions pour que nous passions un bon séjour. Tout est identique à l'annonce. La vue sur le lac est imprenable. Il faut aimer conduire sur les petites routes de montagne mais sinon vous pouvez vivre (l'été)sans voiture en prévoyant d'emmener toutes les courses. Le village de la Roquebrou a été pour nous une belle découverte tout à disposition et un joli marché. De super randonnées à faire et surtout une population qui est très gentille cela fait du bien! Je recommande pour les gens qui aiment le grand air et la nature.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré la météo très mitigée. Le jaccusi est un véritable plus. Le terrain est clôturé et bien ombragé, nous avons donc pu emmener notre chien sans soucis. Nous avons vu de magnifique coucher de soleil sur le lac. Nous avons également apprécié la proximité de la plage, de la petite guinguette, et les jolies balades autour du lac.

Un peu déçu

Chalet propre bien équipé et literie confortable. Le SPA et très bien toutefois attention aux marches trèsglissanteet non fixées. Jardin bien clos, idéale pour nos amis à 4 pattes. Le matériel fourni (vélos, rollers, raquettes, séchoir à linge, etc...) dans un état très avancé. Transat pas du tout confortable et si inutilisable le getter. Barques mis à disposition inutilisable car le système de fixation des rames ne s'adapte pas aux barques. Accès véhicule au chalet très pentue et dangereux (voiture qui glisse et dérapage sur graviers et béton) non précisé dans l'annonce. L'accès au lac est effectivement direct mais de loin privatif (chemin de randonnée qui passe entre la propriété et les rives du lac). Cet accès mène à un petit portillon où la descente et très escarpé. Si vous ne mesurez pas plus d'1,50m, vous pourrez utiliser les 2 hamacs sinon oubliez. Beaucoup trop de verdure ce qui gâche la vue sur le lac et l'ensoleillement du chalet. Manque d'entretien du jardin. Passage du propriétaire au chalet pendant notre absence sans nous prévenir (très intrusif) pour nous déposer un cadeau de bienvenue (yaourt) et qui n'aurait pas hésiter à rentrer à l'intérieur du chalet si nos deux malinois n'avaient pas été là. Heureusement pour eux qu'ils n'étaient pas dans le jardin.

Schön abgelegen

Das Chalet war sauber und die Umgebung genau so wie beschrieben. Der See läd zum Schwimmen, Angeln oder Bötchenfahren ein. Das Chalet und der Garten liegen ganztägig im Schatten, so dass auch heißere Tage gut erträglich sind. Der Garten ist zudem umzäunt, so dass unser Hund frei laufen konnte. Die Gastgeber*innen sind freundlich. Einen kleinen Punktabzug gibt es, weil alle Anleitungen im Haus und die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter*innen fast ausschließlich auf französisch möglich war. Allerdings konnte eine Kontaktperson sehr gut englisch und konnte sehr gut aushelfen. Außerdem sind Geschäfte in denen man kostengünstiger einkaufen kann ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt. Dies ist kein Manko, aber man sollte es wissen. Insgesamt für einen Erholungsurlaub sehr zu empfehlen.

L'endroit est calme malgré la présence du lac. L'accueil courtois avec un petit présent. Le gîte correspond bien à la description. Petit bémol sur la barque qui n'est pas utilisable car les rames sont trop petite et trop légères. J'ai du également faire un peu de mécanique pour utiliser un vélo. RAS pour pour le jacuzzi et la wifi.

Conforme a la description.il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le chalet... en pleine nature, super pour prévoir des randos. Avons aprécié le calme, la proximité du lac, la gentillesse des gens rencontrés lors du sejour, produits locaux excellents.. L'acceuil au chalet ètait chaleureux, rien a redire. Merci pour mes chiens qui étaient les bienvenue... Le jacuzzi apporte une petite pointe de luxe et super agréable apres une longue marche. Seul bémol est la pluie qui est venue gâcher notre fin de sèjour... Peut-être à refaire en été!!!

Super séjour au calme

Ça été un super séjour le chalet est génial avec son terrain clôturé pour les chiens le jaccuzi pour se détendre après une bonne journée à visiter la région, son accès direct au lac est super pratique. La localisation du chalet est super en pleine nature au calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.
