Difficile à trouver

Difficile à trouver l'appartement. Il se trouve à Querry Pigeon quartier de Talmont st Hilaire. Rien ne nous l'indiquait. L'appartement se trouve dans la résidence Le Parc. Cela aussi il fallait le deviner.... Nous avons loué par l'intermédiaire d'Abritel et l'appartement c'est Pierre et vacances !

Arrivée super avec bonne info pour récupérer les clefs du logement bien installée et bonne exposition du logement le calme super juste a revoir le rideau de la chambre trop de clairette pour le matin réveille tôt par le jour faudrait un rideau plus foncé

De la réservation à l'arrivée, la communication avec Alain a été excellente. Très réactif et arrangeant. A l'arrivée le logement était très propre et idéalement placé. Nous connaissions déjà le coin mais nous avions une magnifique vue et tout à proximité. Le logement était top et le séjour idéal pour les parents et les enfants. Merci!

Bon sejour dans l'ensemble.

Rafraîchissement à prevoir sans doute plus tard,très belle salle d'eau( neuve).Manque un peu de rangement pour garde manger. Il faudrait un marche pied car tout est très haut et quand on n'est pas grand...pas facile d'atteindre vaisselle et casserole... Sinon,revoir lumières dans parties communes surtout en saison hivernale.

La salle de bain est neuve, et l'appartement sera entièrement repeint cet hiver.. Pour le ménage, difficile de faire confiance aux locataires, A partir de l'année prochaine, le ménage ne sera plus en option mais en plus du prix et une caution sera demandée. Triste d'en arriver là pour 30m2.

Appartement correspondant bien à la description Propriétaire très aimable et réactif quand on pose une question Seul problème le Wifi proposé par Pierre et vacances qui fonctionne très mal On peut attendre 1/4 h avant d’obtenir la connexion et quand on a la chance d’être connecté ça plante donc retour à la case départ Cela arrive même aux heures creuses (2h du matin par exemple) Donc il vaut mieux trouver une autre solution J ´ai terminé mon séjour en partage de connexion avec mon téléphone

Endroit calme et reposant. Avec petite foret derriere, qui nous a permis de sortir notre chienne en toute sérénité. Petit bemol, manque d'informations concernant le village vacance. On aurait aimer avoir une petite brochure avec plan du village pour que se soit plus simple de se situer.
