Beautifully renovated Farmhouse with dedicated garden, swimming pool with sun terrace and parkland with far reaching views situated in a beautiful elevated village in the heart of the Perigord Limousin Natural Park overlooking the 'Mont du Chalus' rolling countryside and beyond towards the Dordogne, Correze and Creuse borders.

This lovely highly appointed Farmhouse is nestled in the picturesque and peaceful rolling countryside of the Pergord Limousin Naturel Parc, less than 5 minutes drive from bakers, grocers, butchers, chemist, bar, restaurants and lakeside sandy beaches and within striking distance of world famous landmarks and attractions such as spectacular Rocamadour, Paderac, the moving war memorial village of Oradour sur Glane, the world class vineyards of Bergerac and Bordeaux and 2 hours drive from the ski slopes of Le Mont-Dore in the 'Massif du Sancy'.

The Farmhouse is exceptionally well equipped with washing machine, dish washer, a large range cooker, French and English satellite TV and a large stone fireplace with wood burning stove. Outside, the private garden provides a BBQ and seating and eating area for 6 people.

The heated (salt water) pool and sun terrace with adjacent shaded seating area provides the perfect spot for relaxing and soaking up the sunshine or taking a welcome break in the shade whilst enjoying views of the pool and spectacular far reaching views across the rolling countryside and beyond.
