The bathrooms are made of travertine marble. The first bathroom has a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, 1,80x 2 meters, and en suite bathroom with shower. The living / dining room, is cozy, furnished with modern furniture, and a comfortable sofa.The villa has a magnificent kitchen, with central island, fully equipped, which gives access to the covered terrace, ideal for eating, reading, resting etc. ..
The exterior of the villa consists of a beautiful and well-kept garden, swimming pool with Roman steps, covered area, with ping-pong table, and barbecue.
