The next rental must begin when the current rental ends (Dec 1) and end on the 1st day of a month to avoid an unrentable gap. Boston requires a 28-day minimum for rentals unless it's rented <90 days/year or owner occupied, which this isn't. Stays 32 days or longer don't pay state lodging tax.

Boston's #2 safest neighborhood. Reservoir across the street for walking and running.

Upscale appointments and furniture, AC, well-stocked kitchen, Wolf range, Subzero fridge, hotel bed linens, towels, wifi and 50" TV. Fourth floor walkup (no elevator).

Guests must rent the parking spot across the street and 2 houses over (close and inexpensive for Boston) for $175/mo. MBTA Green Line B train is 100 ft away and Green Line C and D trains are 2 blocks away. Laundry in adjacent building or laundromat 1 block away does laundry for a reasonable price.

Please tell me about your group when inquiring or booking. The minimum age of the oldest person must be 25 and good reviews are required, but I make exceptions.

Please put the keys in the kitchen drawer to the left of the sink and close the door to the condo but leave it unlocked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Bookings must start on the 1st day of the month following the present rental and end on the 1st day of a month.
No smoking of ANY kind in the condo, building, or closer than the sidewalk. A minimum $200 will be charged for odor removal in the condo or building.
Tenants must rent the parking space for $175/month.
