This charming villa of 280 m2, renovated in 2016, will charm you with its modern, sophisticated look while keeping the character of a Provencal farmhouse. Each space, indoor or outdoor, has a great atmosphere.

The capacity is 8 to 12 people and consists of:

• Two bedrooms of 2 people, each with a bathroom and / or bathroom,
• A master bedroom for 2 persons with fireplace, tv and shower, opening onto a terrace covered by a magnificent wisteria, mezzanine with sleeping possibility for 2 people,

• A contemporary kitchen perfectly equipped, opened on a covered terrace,
• A large living room open on different terraces,

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house in Fayence. The property is spacious and perfect for a group of 12, with plenty of room for everyone. The garden is absolutely stunning, with several lovely areas to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The pool was a highlight – large, clean, and ideal for both adults and children. We would highly recommend this house and would love to come back!

This is an excellent property with superb facilities and was an amazing place to stay for 12 in our family (grandparents, children and grandchildren). Absolutely nothing but praise for the property, especially the pool and the outdoor areas which are sensational.

A Magnificent Home!

We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to enjoy this dream property for a 2-week stay with our family, celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary! La Lavandiere is truly spectacular, with its historic architectural elements and tasteful, modern updates, and it's perfectly maintained - sparkling clean and comfortable, with many lovely seating areas. The pool is fabulous and the grounds are gorgeous. The owners and property manager are all wonderful, too - gracious, helpful, and welcoming! All was even more than described, and we will cherish the memories of our glorious visit! Also, Fayence is a lovely, picturesque village, and we enjoyed the market, history, stores, and restaurants, all of which added greatly to our stay! On a 10-point scale, this property is an 11+!!!

La Lavandiere

My wife and I rented La Lavandiere for 7 weeks primarily to enjoy the peace and calm of Provence with family and friends outside of peak holiday periods. Whilst we were blessed (mostly) with gorgeous weather, La Lavandiere is exceptionally suited for lazy days by the pool enjoying the warmth and light of the Pay de Fayence. La Lavandiere is amongst the '9 Villages Perche' allowing guests to explore nearby villages with lovely restaurants, art galleries, cafes and periodic markets in the hills beyond the Cote D'Azur. Equally within an hour's drive, there are the glittering towns on the Riviera - Nice, Cannes, Monaco and St Tropez to name a few - with their wonderful restaurants and beautiful beaches. The owners and management team were wonderfully responsive, ensuring any needs or issues were dealt with quickly and sympathetically to make our holiday as stress-free as possible. La Lavandiere sits a short distance above Fayence in a beautifully planted garden with multiple terraces to relax and ample parking for guests. Simply wonderful place to visit. David and Judith K.

Great place for a family vacation.

We had the pleasure to stay at this beautiful villa for 10 days as a family (7 adults, 4 kids aged 3-10 years). We had 8 days of perfect weather, one cloudy day and one day with heavy rain. The property looks just like the pictures, is perfectly maintained and fully equipped, we didn't miss anything. Perfect for families with children with a large and lovely pool and a big garden to run around and play games. Absolutely no problems with mosquitoes in June, on one day some ants visited our kitchen, but this problem could be solved. Good location of the property near the village of Fayence (Grocery Store, Supermarket and Bakery just 5 minutes by car), Trips to the beach in Frejus/Saint-Raphael 40 min by car. Cannes, Nice, Antibes 1hour bay car. Monaco, St.Tropez 90 min by car. Very friendly communication with the owners, they provided a lot of useful information by mail before the stay. During our stay we had two little problems (Ants (see above) and a small problem with the electricity of the property due to really bad weather on one afternoon). Those problems were promptly solved by Aurelia, which responded immediately to our Phone Calls/ Whatsapp messages. All in all, we can highly recommend a stay here.

Schönen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern im Alter von 10-12 Jahren in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr groß, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Es gab 2 Kühlschränke und einen Gefrierschrank. Das Highlight war die Eiswürfelmaschine. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Tolle Größe, 1 mal in der Woche kommt der Poolboy. Bei uns einziges Manko war, dass eine neue Poolabdeckung an einem Tag montiert wurde, weshalb wir den Pool an diesem Tag erst ab dem späten Nachmittag nutzen konnten. Und leider der Verpackungsmüll bis zu unserer Abreise noch im Garten lag. Ansonsten war Madame Aurelia per WhatsApp immer erreichbar.

Super leuke en gezellige villa met een geweldig groot zwembad. Wij waren met 3 gezinnen, 11 personen inclusief 5 jeugdige kinderen rond de 23 jaar. Hebben hun ook super goed geamuseerd. Zeker een aanrader... Airco op elke slaapkamer wat ook ern troef is.

Magnifique maison dans une vaste propriété bien entretenue et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût! Grande piscine pratique pour les petits enfants et suffisamment profonde pour les plus grands qui rivalisent d’acrobaties. Super Confort, équipements en suffisance, loisirs mis à disposition (jeux de sociétés, bibliotheque, pétanque, Ping-pong, TV dans chaque chambre Double)et de multiples espaces extérieurs cosy pour vous inviter à déconnecter, partager de bons moments en famille et entre amis!

Très belle maison

Nous venons de passer 1 semaine avec un groupe d'amis dans cette très belle maison. Elle est super bien équipée, aménagée avec goût, spacieuse et malgré tout intime. Chaque chambre a sa salle-de-bains. Même en cette saison de novembre, nous avons pu profiter des terrasses et déjeuner dehors. plein de charmants restaurants dans le coin.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances de rêve dans ce "paradis". Au calme. La maison est magnifique, on s'y sent chez soi. Il ne manque rien. La piscine est grande et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y être bien, même nombreux. Le village de Fayence vaut le détour. Les activités proposées par les propriétaires sont très bien. Elles ont été appréciées par des jeunes de 13 jusqu'à 20 ans ainsi que par les adultes. À faire ou refaire sans hésiter !

Magnifique séjour dans ce m'as provençal décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé ! Spacieux, propre, confortable et au calme, ce lieu de vacances est idéal en famille ou entre amis. La piscine est suffisamment grande et les extérieurs sont très agréables. Proche du village, vous avez tous les commerces à proximité. A conseiller !
