Located on the seafront of Campofelice di Roccella, in via Positano n ° 8, Villa Giada is located 100 m from the sea and is only 200 m from the Campofelice di Roccella railway station from which you can reach the historic center of Cefalù in about 15 min. , excellent starting point for excursions throughout Sicily.
Villa Giada is a large independent villa, fully furnished and built inside by: large open-space, n. 3 bedrooms (n.10 beds), n. 2 bathrooms and outside: veranda with large garden, relaxation area, terrace, outdoor shower and private parking (4 parking spaces).
The villa has an internal size of 120 square meters and is equipped with everything needed to make you spend a holiday in complete serenity and freedom. It is equipped with all comforts: comfortable kitchen with hob, oven, fridge and dishes, bathroom with shower and tub, hairdryer, washing machine, n. 2 TV, fan, barbecue, iron, free Wi-Fi, slide and swing for children. swimming pool for seasonal private use (15 June -15 September) and deck chairs.

We provide, on request, sheets at a cost of € 3 per person per stay and towels at a cost of € 5 per person per stay.

Très bien

C'est très près de la plage, et il y a à proximité un très bon glacier, une excellente pizzeria et un bar de plage . La piscine est vraiment pour les enfants car fragile. L'accueil est rrès convivial et au petits soins pour nous ( merci à noémie). Attention l'eau chaude des robinets est à gauche. Peut être qu'un micro-onde pourrait être un plus.
