About this property

Walking distance to Saint-Paul-en-Fôret village, 10 minute drive to the popular Fayence village, and other historic surrounding villages. The spectacular Lac de Saint Cassien is also a 10 minute drive where you can hire a pedal, paddle board, canoe or just take a swim in the fresh water. You'll love this house because of its tranquility set in a forest yet is still close by to the local villages. This house is ideal for couples and families with kids, there is a fence around the pool for added security and there is ample parking.
The house, pool and poolhouse is set on a 2000m2 garden, There is a sheltered terrace exterior to the living area with outdoor table and seating and an outdoor dining table and chairs under shade exterior to the kitchen. There is a BBQ, sink, shower and toilet in the pool house.
There are 4 large bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with 2 singles beds, there is an added cot bed in one of the double rooms. Linen and towels are provided. . The family bathroom is new and modern. There is a shower, toilet and sink, there is an ensuite shower and sink to one of the double rooms and there is a separate toilet.
The kitchen is new, modern and fully equipped, there is a dishwasher, oven, electric hob, toaster, kettle, cafetière and all dining materials and cookware are available.
There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hoover and highchair available.
There is TV with French free view channels and a DVD with over 500 DVDs available. There is also another TV set up for WIi for the children.
Exterior there is an adult sized table tennis, a mini table tennis for children, a table football, darts and pétanque. Wi-fi available.

lovely home needs care

Very nice holliday home in a lovely area, but it needs maintanance. The pool is very cold (coverage for the night can't be used). The owner solves problems immediately, but wished we did not have those problems.

Séjour en famille agréable et au calme

Nous avons séjourné dans cette agréable maison avec 4 adultes et 4 adolescents. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la piscine est un vrai délice ! Le quartier est calme et un certain nombre de belles villes sont à courte distance. Nous y avons passé une belle semaine de vacances !

Très jolie propriété, qui n’est pas assez mise en valeur sur les photos . Spacieuse , au calme , bien équipée, arborée et décorée avec goût , proche de sites incontournables à visiter

nous avons séjourné dans cette maison et avons passé un.magnifique séjour. Nous étions 6 adultes un enfant de 3ans et un de 10 mois. Villa dans une rue très calme, avec un grand jardin.
