New apartment on the third level in a building cataloged with elevator and completely remodeled in 2015, fully furnished and equipped with new high quality furniture, kitchenette, living room with TV - 32 ”screen, microwave, washing machine - clothes dryer, stove with oven brand Teka, equipped with fridge, dishes, glassware etc.

Muy recomendable
Se ajusta perfectamente a la publicidad, el salón con su galería te da una luminosidad y unas vistas de la plaza del ayto preciosas. Y es super agradable ponerse a desayunar o comer desde allí. La ubicación es excelente, con todo tipo de servicios a pie de calle y cerquísima de las playas urbanas de Luarca.
La única pega sería la cobertura de la wifi, que en algunos puntos es bastante débil.
Un sitio para repetir.

Moderne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Die kleine Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht und ist sehr modern detailreich eingerichtet. Luarca als Ort ist sicherlich speziell, wir haben uns hier aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

El apartamento es tan acogedor que tenía la impresión de estar en casa.
Apartamento muy bien ubicado con el mirador del salón que es una alegría. En un edificio muy tranquilo sin ruidos de vecinos. Aunque pasamos todo el día fuera disfrutando de Asturias cuando llegas al apartamento por la tarde estás en un sitio relajado y donde puedes descansar sin problemas. Todo perfecto y el propietario muy atento y pendiente de entregarnos toda la información necesaria.

Bonito apartamento en excelente ubicación
El apartamento está en una ubicación excelente. En pleno centro del pueblo, la situación es inmejorable.
El salón tiene unas bonitas vistas a la plaza (es un 3er piso), lo cual hace muy amena la estancia. Tiene la cocina integrada, lo que hace del salón un espacio amplio.
El dormitorio y el baño son independientes. La cama es confortable y grande.
