Is therefore in the south of Viareggio crow flies with the dockyard beach (beautiful beach resorts), and with the onset of long natural public beach that leads from Viareggio to Torre del Lago Puccini (part of the Nature Park Migliarino, San Rossore and Massaciuccoli).
Consists of 2 large bedrooms and a small bedroom, a bathroom and a small bathroom, kitchen, large lounge, terrace on three sides. Just finished renovating and tastefully decorated. Residential area with all services available, slightly offset from the center but easy to reach. interesting detail: parking available and free.
