About this property

New "Annurca" apartment with terrace

My accommodation is located 30 meters from the metro of San Giovanni in Teduccio.
The tram and bus stop are in the house.
At 100 meters there is the first center of development of Apple Europe.

The apartment you'll like it because it is 80 square meters and is located in a former convent at the end of '800.
It 'very bright, designed for the reception of families and groups.
The rooms are spacious with high ceilings.

And 'suitable for business travelers, families (with children) up to 7 people.

My house has been recently renovated and has spacious rooms with high ceilings. It 'very bright and with a communal lounge / very comfortable kitchen.
Also outside there is a really nice corner terrace with flowers and chairs to be able to read and rest.

Guests can use the kitchen and all the appliances in your home.
The utility room has a washing machine available
The terrace can be used at all times of the day.

During the stay they are available for guidance on how to move, on the best places in the city where to eat a great pizza or what to visit.

The district
The San Giovanni neighborhood Teduccio is located in a strategic position because it is not far from the city center which is easily reached by tram, bus or subway and from the Vesuvian interesting for excursions to the volcano, to visit the Vesuvian villas of Portici and the Railway Museum Pietrarsa, the ruins of Herculaneum and Pompeii, or even go to the coast of Sorrento.

My accommodation is located 30 meters from the entrance of the San Giovanni Metro Teduccio.
The tram and bus stop are in the house.
At 100 meters there is the new University and Apple's Development Center.
The motorway entrance is 500 mt

Große Wohnung mit allem was man braucht

Wir waren fürv3 Tage in der Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Sogar Wein im Kühlschrank. Die Kommunikation mit Francesco klappte über WhatsApp hervorragend. Bei der Ankunft stand er schon vorm Haus und hat uns empfangen. Bei sonstigen Fragen zum Umfeld haben wir immer sofort Antworten erhalten. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, jedoch direkt an einer Metrostation. Im Umfeld guter Supermarkt und Restaurants. Von aussen sieht es eher "schmuddelig" aus. (Sieht man aber auch vorher auf StreetView.) Aber für die Altstadt von Neapel eher normal. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

L appartement est très beau et très propre et très bien équipé à 2mn d une station train métro permettant de tout faire sans prendre la voiture ce qui est un grand avantage supermarché à coté très pratique Francesco est très accueillant petit inconvénient le bruit de la rue mais nous avons passé un super séjour

Bien qu'un peu excentré l'appartement est très bien desservi par le train,Francesco est très a votre écoute et plein de bonnes attentions,l'appartement est tout neuf spacieux et lumineux tout comme décrit sur l'annonce,le wifi fonctionne parfaitement,bien chauffé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner,le café thé et petit déjeuner du premier jour vous attends ainsi que le panneton de Noël!N’hésitez pas a louer ce bien vous ne le regretterez pas!!
