Isla - Steading c/w Pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis and stunning views of the Cairngorms

The ground floor of each Steading consists of two en suite bedrooms, both opening onto private garden areas. The master bedrooms feature king sized beds, flat screen televisions and bi-folding glass doors, while the second bedrooms are supplemented with a dressing room and can accommodate either extra-king or twins beds. Moving up the Oak and glass, feature, staircase the main living area is found. A modern, granite work topped, kitchen straddles a large open planned living area with stylish sofas and a flat screen television. Music is provided wirelessly through ceiling speakers and the wonderful view can be enjoyed on the glass fronted heated balcony.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful property, lovely location, great pool and tennis court. Discretely looked after by owner giving a refreshing sense of privacy.

Tranquil location and amazing property

We have just returned from an amazing 10 day break at Isla. The accommodation and surrounding area is lovely and it was a home from home. We are looking to return some time soon. Us Girls were able to book a number of treatments and Leyla was an absolute gem in how she looked after us.

Beautiful setting and modern style.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Balbinny (Isla). The house is spacious and modern. Our kids especially loved the pool and the cows out back. This place is in such a great setting, with Pictish stones just down the road, and an easy drive to countless places. We had trouble with the hot water on our first night, but David was very responsive and got the issue fixed. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone.

Lovely property with great facilities

Just back from a short break here with the family. We stayed in the Isla and were impressed with the little touches - welcome basket and store cupboard essentials like oil, salt & pepper, etc. The swimming pool is lovely with great views across the landscape. Loved playing tennis too. A great find... we will be back
