Deceiving

Never saw the kitchen which was shown in picture. Outside sign says bed and breakfast none offered either 2 days. Property on outside very badly maintained. Junk stored everywhere. Would never come back. City also filthy trash everywhere and no where to eat.

Was not expecting living area outside including kitchen. Sitting area was a park bench and cafe table. Kitchen was clean and outside of bedroom and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Sitting area a bit run down, not manicured gardens. Convenient to catch ferry to Sicily

Although Bruno (our host) was always prompt in responding to questions and helpful when inquiring about ferry service before we arrived, the accommodarions were changed due to the "unavailability" of the apartment we had booked. He offered to put us up in a "very very nice" hotel. It was not nice at all. We were very disappointed and left as soon as possible. Thank goodness it was only for one night.

Angelo s'est montré très accueillant et disponible avec nous. L'appartement s'est avéré fonctionnel et commode. Heureusement qu'il y avait la clim dans la chambre car nous sommes arrivés lors d'une grosse vague de chaleur ! Villa San Giovanni est située à une distance raisonnable d'autres grandes villes (Scilla, Reggio de Calabria, entre autres) et centres d'intérêt, ce qui fait que le lieu de la location est intéressant pour des touristes désirant découvrir la région. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine et recommandons l'endroit pour toute personne désireuse de sillonner le Sud de la Calabre. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir.
