Villa al Mare. By the beach with private sunbeds and sunshades!

If you dream to wake up early with the morning breeze to watch the beautiful dawn; swim in the cool refreshing early morning water at the beach in front of the house or at the swimming pool; relax at the verandas watching the breathtaking colors of the sunset, promising a beautiful night, then the ideal place for you is Villa al Mare.

"Villa al Mare" is built in 2016 in front of the sandy beach of Adelianos Kampos, combining modern textures, in perfect harmony with the surroundings.
For your sweet dreams, we have for you “Coco-mat” mattresses and pillows. When you wake up, you just have to press a button to watch the light of the dawn, as all the window shutters are electric.

Layout of the house:

The 220sqm house consists of 3 floors and an attic.
On the ground floor is the spacious living and dining room, a WC and the Kitchen. The kitchen has easy access to the dining room and the spacious verandah in front or the swimming pool. For the colder nights there is also fireplace at the living room.
On the first floor there are two rooms, each one with private bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and beautiful direct view to the beach from the window or from the balcony of common use where it has access too. The second bedroom on that floor consists of two separate beds, and has panoramic view to the area but also to the beach. Both rooms have private bathrooms and can accommodate 2 persons each.
The third room is on the attic, the room for the romantic ones, with private bathroom and panoramic view to the beach and the surroundings, until Rethymnon Fortezza, with a spacious verandah and can accommodate 2 people.
Finally, on the lower floor there is the fourth room, which is practically a small apartment, as it consists of one bedroom, a kitchenette (with hot plates and small oven, small fridge, equipment), a small living room with a dining table and its own bathroom. That small apartment may accommodate 2 people. It has also its own door to get directly outside the house and get from the stairs to the verandah and swimming pool.
One room has double bed.
In all the other rooms you may request if you want a double bed.
All the rooms have their own TV.

In front of the verandah is the swimming pool with sunbeds and sunshades, which is a breath away from the sandy beach and the beautiful sea. Prefer swimming in the sea? No problem! Walking to the beach, you will find your private sunbeds and umbrellas!

We will welcome you in our villa, despite the time, even after midnight in order to help you with the house details and give you as much information as you need about the area, taverns, shops, places and beaches that you have to visit!
Also we will be there for your departure for our last thank you!
