Plaza Marina is conveniently located - just minutes away (walking distance) to the Marina, where there 20+ 5-star restaurants and beautiful boats docked. A 18-hole Golf Course sits behind Plaza Marina. Gated and 24-hour security,
Old Town and Nuevo Vallarta are both just a short bus ride away. Bus stop is at your door step and the airport is 3 minutes away. For 50¢ a bus will take you right into downtown or Old Town (Zona Romantica). Buses run every few minutes from early morning till 11pm. Taxis are always available too and very inexpensive.

Plaza Marina condos are located above the Plaza Marina shopping center.
Great shopping right at your doorstep. The main store in Plaza Marina is the Commercial Mexicana Supermarket. Commercial Mexicana has everything you need to stock your kitechen and a wonderful bakery as well as a pharmacy. Everything you need is located conveniently right below your condo. The best dentists in town are footsteps away. The Mall combines in its 120 stores, restaurants and offices.

Owner switched our unit

3 weeks before we arrived the owner asked us to take another apartment instead of the one we had rented. She convinced us that the other unit was much better. We accepted but deeply regret doing so. The alternative unit was much smaller (2 bedroom not 3, tiny balcony, small kitchen and bathrooms, etc.), very noisy (truck/bus traffic all day/night, construction noise, common area and other residents' noise), uncomfortable beds (which the owner did fix), smaller pool and lounge area, worn cabinetry, issues with safe, etc. The shower mats needed a good scrubbing to remove the mold and dirt. The Versalles' area was great with wonderful restaurants, street food stands, small grocery shops, close to COSTCO and 2 large grocery stores.

Perfect Stay

My husband, sister and I chose to stay at this place and area because it worked for all the disparate things we each needed to do. It has 3 bedrooms, the master is so large it also contains a huge couch, several dressers, coat hangers galore with very comfortable beds and all 3 had a separate bathroom. Fully loaded kitchen with every item you could possibly need for cooking including a great blender. The grill does not work but that didn’t effect us. The large, very clean pool was seldom used and was perfect to cool down during the day. The fans worked beautifully so we seldom needed air conditioning which worked very well. It was about a 5 to 8 minute walk to the Neptune Plaza on the marina, many great restaurants and lovely area. We were given a parking pass which let us park safely and free daily and we walked to the airport in 5 minutes when it was time to leave. The communication with the host was immediate and very pleasant. Molcajetes right downstairs served great Mexican food and Soriano for groceries was right downstairs. So convenient and a great place to stay. Good location to discover nearby Nueva Vallarta, Bucerias and also the Romantic Zone downtown Puerto Vallarta.
