The property was as advertised. Very secure residence. Local market close. Quiet and comfortable. Big thank you to Mikel for so much useful info about touring bilbao!

Nice and cosy appartment
Nice and cosy top floor appartment (with lift) right next to the old town and with a Carrefour supermarket at the start of the street. The appartment is well equipped and has nice views. It is a little walk up hill but there is an escalator part of the way. The area is not good for parking so we parked at Saba next to the train station a good 10 min. walk away. Mikel welcomed us and gave us tips for sightseeing with reference to his fine and abundant collection of turist brochures.
Ole and Marian were really nice guests in Torre Solokoetxe, the first danish people and they left perfectly the apartment and hope they loved the city of Bilbao and Bizkaia. Many thanks for choosing us.
A little piece of traanquility
The apartment is as the pictures show. It is a great place for a single person like me or a small family. The elevator makes it easy to take your luggage in an out. The location is perfect for getting around the city.
Jon Mikel Aquirrre is a most accomodating host. He was available to me for a problem I had and made it much less stressful. Thank you Jon Mikel, you make travelling the reason people travel. Sincerely Gay Ann

El piso es acogedor y está muy bien situado, al lado mismo del casco viejo y el mercado. Llegamos muy tarde y Jon Mikel fue muy amable de esperarnos y explicarnos todo lo necesario. La amabilidad de su gente, el ambiente y la comida hicieron el resto.
