The traditional stone built Villa Lofos has its own private swimming pool as well as a unique panoramic view of the entire gulf of Laganas. It is situated in a private area and consists of a ground floor and an attic. It measures a total of 120m2. The VIlla has 3 double bedrooms , two living rooms with three couches that convert to beds in total, two kitchens and three bathrooms. Outside you will find a garden and a private swimming pool with sun loungers and an umbrella.

The ground floor can host up to four people. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom), a Jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and a veranda.

The attic can host up to 3 people. Its an open plan space with a small bar-style kitchenette, with a fridge, sink and coffee facilities to prepare light meals.
The attic also has its own bathroom, living room area and a private veranda.

Daily maid service is included. Villa Lofos is part of Kymaros Villas, a 3-villa complex. Guests have also access to shared barbeque, playground & laundry facilities.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile and shown around the villa and all it's beautiful luxuries and modern facilities!!!Villa was stunning,and beautiful view around the sea!!! All of us really enjoyed our stay at Villa Lofos ,there was not a thing we wanted once we were there,the kitchen was fabulous appointed as were the bathroom ,bedrooms and outdoors facilities.The location is so good that you can get around so many places by driving few miles ,meaning the supermarkets,taverns,and beaches!!! Very high levels of cleanness! The photos give a good feeling,but being there is even better!!!!!I would highly recommend of any of my friends,colleagues and families !!Thank you very much Spiros and your lovely team!!!From 5 crazy Russian girls from U.K. 😜😜😜 Luba

Perfect for small family gathering!! Gorgeous traditional style with all the modern conveniences -

We stayed in this beautiful home - perfect for my husband, my daughter, and I on the first floor / and my brother-in-law in his own suite space upstairs. Absolutely loved the hospitality and welcome from Spiros and the crew. All of our needs and questions were seen to and so promptly!! Gorgeous house - traditional stone construction and exposed beams - but with modern amenities like AC, jetted tub, appliances, and infinity pool with neat water feature overlooking the sea. Easy walk to the beach and tons of dining options. Fantastic grill area and playground for kids / plus washing machine on site. Lots of outdoor spaces for lounging and relaxing - stone bbq, hammock, hanging egg chair, lounges, 2 furnished verandas!! Fruit trees!! Vast sea views - thoughtfully unspoiled by the use of glass deck railings - safe and beautiful. The quick walk to the beach - or a few minutes in the car and you are at a lovely spot - choose a towel under a tree on the beach or rent an umbrella (or lay in the sun for those of you already tan) and you’ve got your whole day ahead of you. Clear waters, excellent snorkeling, rent a boat to see the caves or ride over to a nearby uninhabited island beach - look for sea turtles!! Everything you could want! Made it hard to leave to see the rest of the island!! This little village area also has ATMs and small shops for food and swimming accessories like snorkel masks and sun screen. Plus vendors on the beach selling fruit and grilled corn - YUM! A short drive from the Zakynthos port - which was inviting - but too much activity for rest and relaxation. This lovely property was just perfect for R&R after many long, hot days in Athens. A real gem of an island -not over-run with tourists like a lot of other islands. Plus lots to see - went to see the shipwreck and famous Port Limnionas and had fantastic lunch under shade in the Tavern there. Lots of hiking available too - we just didn’t have enough time! Next time for sure - and we’ll definitely be back! Plus if you need excitement or nightlife, a short drive to Zakynthos and good times are there waiting for you! We’ve already shared the listing for this property with friends and family - so I stand behind my recommendation of the house and management. Easy communication and generous, attentive management. Attention to detail and Great Greek hospitality!! Thank you again to Spiros and his staff / wonderful, memorable time to daydream about this winter!
