Maison charmante

Propriétaire très sympathique. Logement agréable bien équipé, bonne literie et très joli jardin à l'arrière de la maison où nous avons pu dîner et déjeuner.

Splendido. Ho prenotato con una certa titubanza per le passate recensioni, ma in quel momento non avevo scelta. Ma sono stato premiato, non potevo aspettarmi di meglio, sotto tutti gli aspetti: l'alloggio ampio, confortevole, arredato con gusto, pulito, tranquillo. La cucina fornita di tutto per la colazione. E veniamo agli optional: dove trovate un giardino così ben curato! con una stupefacente varietà di piante che Bruna, la proprietaria, mi illustrava - peccato che si è già a estate inoltrata e molte piante non avevano più fiori; dove trovate un ristorante quasi di fronte all'alloggio che vi offre una cena a un prezzo che è la metà di quello che vi aspettavate!

Appartamento vecchio e umido pareti con muffa

Casa molto rumorosa causa da una parte Scuola elementare e a lato opposto statale di grande traffico ..sconsiglio per chi come me cercava tranquillita'

La casa , come da fotografie pubblicate, e' antica fine 700/800, ma ristrutturata, non ci sono muffe, ma in qualche punto un po' di vernice scrostata che verra' rifatta i primi mesi del 2017. La scuola media , come e' noto, tutte le sere e dal venerdi' alle 12 fino al lunedi' mattina e' chiusa, comunque gli intervalli vengono svolti nel cortile interno dalla parte opposta alla casa. La strada provinciale non confina con la casa, essendo la terza dal semaforo. Vivo nella stessa casa e non ho bambini piccoli. Per essere piu' tranquilli leggete le recensioni su airbnb , piu' di 30 con 4,7 stelle , di parere diametralmente opposto.
