Appartement agréable et trÚs bien situé

Séjour trÚs agréable, dans un logement confortable et bien agencé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et, Karen et Julie (notre contact, sur place) se sont montrées disponibles et à l'écoute. La vue sur le golf, en premier plan, et l'océan et les Pyrénées, en toile de fond, est fabuleuse! Nous ne nous lassions pas de l'admirer à toute heure de la journée. Le quartier d'Ilbarritz est trÚs prisé et permet d'accéder rapidement à toutes les commodités et les destinations touristiques de la région. Le "must" est de pouvoir se rendre à la plage, à pied, depuis la résidence ! Ravis, nous avons hùte d'y retourner!

L’appartement est super et sa localisation est idĂ©ale pour dĂ©couvrir le pays basque et pour profiter de l’ocĂ©an. MalgrĂ© tout, nous avons vraiment Ă©tĂ© gĂȘnĂ©s (surtout le matin tĂŽt) par le bruit Ă©mis par un service technique se trouvant Ă  proximitĂ© de la rĂ©sidence, qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter de moments calmes et silencieux face Ă  la piscine et le golf et qui nous a souvent rĂ©veillĂ©. Dommage car c’est le seul point noir du sĂ©jour. Mais il est de taille quand on aspire Ă  passer des moments au calme 
 surtout Ă  ce tarif

Appartement propre et agréable

SĂ©jour agrĂ©able dans cet appartement trĂšs propre avec vue lointaine de la mer. Le logement est bien Ă©quipĂ© et fonctionnel. Un bĂ©mol concerne la proximitĂ© de la zone technique du golf qui longe la rĂ©sidence. DĂšs 7h le matin, vous entendez les tondeuses et autres vĂ©hicules d’entretiens Ă  20m de l’appartement. Cet nuisance sonore gĂąche un peu le plaisir de sĂ©journer dans cet endroit au demeurant agrĂ©able.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour, tous les 4 en famille avec mes parents pour les fĂȘtes de Noel et en compagnie de la tempĂȘte Bruno ! L'appartement, au 2Ăšme Ă©t. avec ascenseur est trĂšs chaleureux avec des couleurs douces., les 2 chambres principales de bonne superficie et les 2 salles de bain et wc sont bien confortables quand on s'y retrouve Ă  deux familles. Un petit bĂ©mol pour le manque de lumiĂšre dans les chambres (1 seule ampoule de faible intensitĂ© d'un seul cotĂ© du lit) et le manque de rangement pour les courses alimentaires. Sinon la vue sur le golf et la mer a Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©e par toute la famille ainsi que la proximitĂ© de la premiĂšre plage ou encore la ville de Biarritz Ă  quelques petits kilomĂštres de lĂ . Aucun souci de stationnement non plus mĂȘme avec deux voitures.

Ideal location for a relaxing and fun holiday

This beautiful apartment was the ideal place for precious family fun and relaxation. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, very clean and well maintained. As in the description, we were delighted to be able to enjoy magnificent views of the sea, golf course and swimming pool from our balcony. This pristine residence, with an excellent pool and 5 minute walk from sandy beaches, is only a 10 minute taxi journey from Biarritz airport. We are extremely grateful that the owner was pleased to welcome us on a Friday, as flights from Dublin are more costly on Saturdays. We are already looking forward to returning again, and we have been telling our friends about this amazing accommodation on the stunning south west coast of France.

Un super endroit

Cette location est tres tres agreable. En N°1 la vue imprenable jardin+Piscine+golf+mer qui a elle seule vaut le détour. Ensuite de quoi rien ne manque, l'appartement est confortable, parfaitement équipé et joliment décoré, le tout dans une residence tres bien entretenu ou les enfants peuvent évoluer en toute sécurité. Je crois que la proprietaire a prévu de rafraichir un peu la salle de bain et la cela sera vraiment top

Super appartement trĂšs bien placĂ© Ă  quelques mĂštres de la plage, sur le golf, mĂȘme si nous ne sommes pas golfeurs nous avons aimĂ© le calme et la vue dĂ©gagĂ©e depuis la terrasse. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine de la rĂ©sidence, avec les enfants c’est vraiment sympa et avons dĂ©jeunĂ© au club house. Pour aller Ă  Biarritz on a privilĂ©giĂ© le bus (le 13) juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, pratique et rapide. Des vacances vraiment reposantes.
