About this property

Elegant apartment located in the historic heart of the Norman town, overlooking the Town Hall and 20 m. Piazza Duomo with its majestic cathedral, recently UNESCO.
A staircase in stone typical 'lumachella' leads to the apartment which is located on one level. Casa Alessandra has an area of 110 m² ca. and it has been recently renovated. A welcoming entrance leads in the other house environments harmoniously designed and elegantly furnished: on the right the 'day area' features three rooms: a large living room which is lit by a balcony which insists on a characteristic beam; a kitchen with a wooden ceiling and a bright bathroom; left into the 'zone-night' consists of three rooms: two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms with two balconies overlooking the main street not communicating: a first room has a double bed and single bed, the other, connected by a corridor at the entrance, is equipped with a double bed and the bathroom in the room. The latter has the flavor of antiquing coatings and has a large shower.
The house has central heating, air conditioning in every room, TV, access to the Internet and the necessary comfort. Besides the proximity to the major monuments of the city, Casa Alessandra is a few meters from the beach and equipped of Cefalu and is close to restaurants, shops and shopping places.

Everything was perfect! A/C worked great. Would definitely stay here again. Hostess was very friendly and Explained everything about the apartment. 2 good restaurants one right out of our door Le Chat Nior And the other down the street on corner I Sapori Di Don Cisco .

Beautiful apartment, perfect location.

Our experience renting this apartment and working with Alessandra made our month long visit in Cefalu most enjoyable. Alessandra was extremely helpful through the rental process on line through our departure including meeting us personally to check in, helping us obtain a parking space for the month, and she even helped us translate a small parking ticket from another town and helped us with the payment process. The apartment itself is spacious and even better than the pictures. We found it comfortable and located perfectly for walking all over the city. We would definitely rent there again on our next visit there.

Ottimo soggiorno in pieno centro !

Partendo da Alessandra la proprietaria, gentilissima e disponibilissima ! Ci ha colto con un’ottima bottiglia di vino siculo ! La casa molto grande e dotata di tutti confort .. a due passi da piazza duomo e dalla spiaggia di Cefalù! Consigliatissima !

Spotless Apartment in a perfect location- close to the lovely square near the Cathedral and beach!

The apartment was spotless, nicer than in the pictures. Located close to the lovely Cathedral square- perfect location for an evening aperitif and to people watch! just around the corner from the lovely shopping street filled with cafes and (to the delight of my kids) a bakery and gelato shop! A quick stroll away from the beach and near all of the best restaurants- we really enjoyed the Chat Noir and the 'typical' restaurant at the end of the street on the corner. It was perfect for our family trip to Cefalu.
