Located on "Praia dos Beijinhos", this beachside hideaway, more specifically, 20 meters from the beach and the "Tidal Pool".

The historic center of the city of Porto is very close and you will have easy access to public transport (20 meters).

Clean, comfortable and quiet!

Julio’s property is lovely — comfortable beds and living area, super clean bathrooms and kitchen, beach amenities, it has it all! Julio is very friendly and incredibly attentive. The neighbourhood is quiet, but easy to get into the city (ride shares are ridiculously cheap and plentiful); there are plenty of great cafes and restaurants, a supermarket a very short walk away, and having the beach so close by is such a huge bonus. It’s a MUST to visit Piscina das Marés — more than once!

Júlio heeft ons zeer gastvrij ontvangen en was makkelijk bereikbaar.Het appartement is fantastisch en van alle gemakken voorzien! Het heeft een ruime keuken met alle apparatuur die je maar kan wensen. Een mooie ruime woonkamer en 3 geweldige slaapkamers met twee badkamers.Het appartement is heel netjes en schoon en heeft een ideale ligging vlakbij het strand.Ik zou het zeker aanbevelen aan anderen.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten und von Touristen weitgehend verschonten Gegend, in der Umgebung findet man genug Restaurants, Bars und einen Supermarkt. Die Gegend ist perfekt für jemand der den Tourismus-Rummel am Douro nicht braucht und trotzdem in Porto Urlaub machen möchte. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und extrem sauber. Wir haben schon mehrere Wohnungen in Portugal gemietet, diese war die bisher sauberste die wir je gesehen haben und es war auch die erste Wohnung in der alles funktioniert hatte und nichts defekt war. Der Vermieter hat uns bei der Übergabe alles erklärt, es war soweit bis dahin nichts auszusetzen. Wo viel Licht ist gibt es aber auch immer Schatten: Wie überall in Portugal sind die Nachbarn laut und rücksichtslos, damit muss man einfach leben. In der Wohnung war fast alles vorhanden, aber was wir nicht verstehen konnten war dass keine Weingläser vorhanden waren. In einem Land in dem unserer Meinung nach der beste Wein der Welt produziert wird ist sowas unverzeihlich. Was dem Vermieter zum Schluss einen Stern bei der Bewertung gekostet hat war eine Aktion die wir nicht tolerieren können, auch wenn er sich dafür entschuldigt hatte: Einen Tag vor der vereinbarten Abreise stand er plötzlich vor der Tür und hatte erwartet dass wir schon abgereist sind. Nach seiner Darstellung hatte er sich im Datum geirrt was wir ihm aber nicht glauben. Wenn wir etwas mieten halten wir uns an alle Absprachen und das erwarten wir auch vom Vermieter.

Great property to stay away from the mad crowd of tourists, if anyone looking to compromise the distance from the city center, this apt is excellent choice, really great host and facilities, great to have restaurants just steps away from the apt (sushi restaurant across the street was incredible for taste and price!) Julio our host, was extremelly helpful and kind

Très beau logement, très bien aménagé et décoré avec gout.

Logement très bien situé, à deux pas de l'océan, proche de Porto, Matosinhos et de l'Aéroport, le logement est juste magnifique, très bien équipé, il manque juste la climatisation, car avec des températures extérieur supérieur à 30 °c, les nuits sont difficille. Merci à M. AFONSO pour son acceuil trés cordial. Je recommande très fortement ce logement.
