Located just off A3 as you enter Guildford from the north, Medlar House is the ideal short-term accommodation for visitors. It can be treated as a holiday accommodation or a short term let for people who need a place to stay while working or training.

It is a three-bedroom semi-detached house and consist of three bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a dining room. The property benefits form a large garden at the back and front which is ideal for people who have young children to run around freely.

To make your visit as smooth as possible, we provide the bed linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, toilet paper and shower cream. Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, an oven, a cooker, a dishwasher and cupboards for storage.
Dining room looks over the back garden and dining table accommodates up to six persons.

There is a fast internet connection. Parking is FREE and is on a communal parking space which is secure and visible from the house.

Medlar House is near Guildford Spectrum and Lido. Town centre is 20 minutes’ walk away and so many key areas in Guildford can easily be reached with minimal driving.
