Perfect Sanlucar apartment

This was a perfect apartment for us. It was quiet yet right in the center of town, near great restaurants and the public market. We love to cook and the kitchen was quite efficient. There is a nice deck. The owners were very helpful and responsive.

The apartment is located in the back of a old and traditional city house in the center of a nice little town, very much worth visiting. The apartment is spacious and clean. In wintertime (when the sun is not shining) it can feel a little dark inside the apartment. When the sun is shining you can sit in the sun (or the shade) on the patio. The owners are very nice and helpful people. The garage is located 100 meters from the apartment and it is a bit tricky to get into it and out again if your car is bigger than your patience.

La casa es impresionante y el apartamento muy limpio, bonito, muy bien equipado, con mucho gusto en todos los detalles. Es muy tranquilo, no se oye ningun ruido y se está muy fresquito. Todo es tal cual indica en la página, incluso es mejor que las fotos. La foto de la fachada no muestra lo bonita que es. Tiene plaza de garaje, muy cerquita, que viene muy bien Los propietarios Rocío y Jose Manuel, son majisimos, muy atentos en todo momento.. Muy muy recomendable

Nice apartment in a lovely old house in Sanlucar

Jose Manuel & Rocio's apartment in their well located house in Sanlucar provided us with a great place to stay to enjoy the feria and see the sights. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. It was great to have the balcony where we could eat, drink and relax and the apartment was quiet even though it is so central. Un paraíso en el centro

Sólo nos hemos alojado un fin de semana y volveremos seguro. Rocío es un encanto, toda la casa es muy bonita, está todo muy limpio y lo más importante acogedora, desde el principio te sientes como en casa, tiene todas las comodidades para pasar una temporada larga. La situación es perfecta si te gusta la playa porque aunque no está al lado sí está cerca para ir andando dando un paseo, el tapeo ya que con sólo salir de la casa, en la misma calle hay muchos sitios para sentarse y disfrutar de la buena comida y el buen vino porque alrededor hay un montón de bodegas. Si llevas perro, hay un horario en la playa para que el perrete pueda disfrutar del mar. Un sitio ideal para pasar unos días con amigos o en familia, recomendable 100 por 100.

Difícilmente mejorable. Ese es el calificativo que se nos ocurre. Una antigua casa/palacio que, aun habiendo sido reformada para obtener varios apartamentos, mantiene el espiritu y la esencia de hace muchos años. Paz, silencio, frescura. Una autentica gozada. Para repetir año tras año sin dudarlo. Y respecto a los propietarios, excelente trato y atención. Un placer haber alquilado su propiedad.

Jose Manuel and his wife are very professional, courteous hosts. They were on time and quick to respond to whatsapps. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. It is so nice not to have to run out for toilet paper, coffee, salt and dish washer soap! The apartment is true to the pictures. The house (the entrance, stairs and hallway to the apartment) are absolutely stunning and historic, but then the apartment is very practical and comfortable. Jose Manuel y su mujer son unos anfitriones profesionales y educados. Siempre fueron puntuales y además, rápidos con las respuestas al whatsapp. El piso estaba muy limpio y tenía todo. Es una maravilla el no tener que salir a por papel higienico, sal, café y fairy. El piso es como se ve en las fotos. La casa (la entrada, la escalera y el pasillo para llegar al piso) es impresionante y antigua, pero luego el piso en si es muy practica y comoda.

This house ist just great. 100 years old with a lot of charme, but carefully renovated with love and with old furniture decorated with thought and style. We loved it there very much. The flat in the house has all that you can think of, all is new and works very well. The balcony is peacefully and sunny (or shaded, if you want), looks to a lovely garden, very quiet. Everything is central. The house is also very clean, even in the corners, very well taken care of. The owners wellcomed us themselves and gave us a very nice wellcome, they are really nice. One of the best places we ever stayed.

La casa conserva todo el encanto de la antigua construcción andaluza, estando su interior decorada con recuerdos y efectos familiares.
