The apartment is new. It has two large bedrooms, one double with bathroom, with bath in the same room. I COULD BE THE OTHER ROOM WITH DOUBLE BED OR TWO SINGLE BEDS. The apartment has a bathroom with large shower .LA kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances KITCHEN AND LIKE COOKING FOR YES. THERE IS A SMALL STAY WITH WASHER AND DRYER.
The living room is spacious and pleasant. THE APARTMENT HAS A SMALL TERRACE, IDEAL morning to a nice breakfast.

Wonderful flat by the nicest beach

Apartment was perfect for our little family of three. Great location next to the nicest beach. Photos don't do it justice. Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beds and great aircon. The place is beautifully decorated too. Highly recommend.

Great Apartment and Location

Maria has provided a great apartment fully fitted out with everything to enjoy your stay. A lot of thought and effort has gone into this. The apartment is in a good location to fully experience Sitges. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Excellent gem in heart of Sitges

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and well equipped apartment with everything a family could need for a comfortable stay. Location was perfect, just slightly out of the centre to afford peace and quiet but easy walking distance to shops/restaurahts/train station and the hotel (had a conference). Highly recommend!

Great apartment

The apartment is exactly as described, well equipped and very close to the beach. The owners were great, allowing us to check in early and leave later than usual. We would happily stay here again, highly recommended.

Overall our stay was great. Apartment location was close to everything. Very easy to access train station and city center. Will definitely return! Only improvement suggested is upgrade the pillows.

Our family vacation

I live in the United States. My daughter husband and granddaughter live in Barcelona. We rented this apartment in order to have some time together. The apartment is very well appointed, the layout and location is wonderful. The owner allowed flexibility with our arrival time. I highly recommend this apartment.

This was a fabulous apartment! Great location, beautifully appointed in every detail.

We had a fabulous stay at Maria’s apartment. We were two retired couples and were very comfortable with two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen was sparkling clean and well appointed as was the rest of the unit. The beds were amazing, comfortable and the bedding was first rate. The location was perfect...down a quiet side street and just steps from a lively plaza and roaring sea. Maria was welcoming, available and easy communication and wonderful hostess. This was the highlights of our trip!

Beautiful Sitges stay

We had a fantastic short break staying at Maria’s apartment. Great communication throughout, check in went smoothly. The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. Comfortable beds, both with own bathrooms, towels and bath robes supplied. The position of the apartment couldn’t have been better, just a few minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach with clear blue sea. Sitges itself is full of lots of wonderful places to eat, drink and shop. Would highly recommend Le Cable for wonderful Tapas.? We look forward to visiting again, and would highly recommend this apartment.

Away from the city of Barcelona

If you are looking for a quiet beach city, then this is your spot. It's about an hour by train (train station is about a 10-minute walk) to most attractions in Barcelona. Maria was a very gracious host as we had some challenges with our transportation to get to the apartment. Many bars and places to eat in downtown and right on the beach, which is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. My suggestions would be more towels, we had (2) each for a week's stay. If you use the dryer, beware its self-contained meaning you have to remove the drawer in the top left corner and empty the water when it gets full, which happens quickly. But GREAT to have laundry in the unit. I would also have top sheets on the beds. The comforter in the master was very heavy and warm. LOVED the (2) bathrooms. Also read the instructions on the remote-controlled blinds. LOL - Trust me that helps. Thank you again, Maria

Great stay with some small inconveniences

Excellent location and very nice accommodation. Comfortable beds and nice linens. So much attention to detail in the decor but not so much in amenities. On arrival we discovered that there was no hand soap in the dispensers or laundry detergent, which they soon provided. There was no detergent for the dishwasher and no extra garbage bags. When we asked for these, we were told that only the “basics were provided”, so we had to go out and buy our own. Also, we just about ran out of toilet paper as there were only a few rolls provided for a five night stay. The patio door lock did not work and was not addressed when mentioned. We used a broomstick to keep it secure (not that it was a huge concern). Besides these few small inconveniences, we were quite satisfied and would likely stay here again.

Comfortable, bright apartment with all of the mod cons

Spacious, comfortable apartment with lots of windows in main living space, and two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Large double or queen in one room, twins in the other.) Very well-equipped kitchen for cooking. Just one easy flight of stairs up to the flat and there's a lift for bringing up your luggage/shopping. Good internet. Super clean and well-cared for space: Maria and her husband obviously take great pride in this rental and are kind and conscientious hosts. Location is terrific, just a block or so from older, San Sebastia beach/seafront with a few good little bars and restaurants but not noisy at all. Only downer was a construction project next door starting just as I arrived, and which Maria didn't know about. But this wouldn't be an issue for a lot of visitors as crew isn't working evenings and weekends when you'll be at apartment. (Unfortunately, I was working while there.) Other minor annoyance was blind covering bedroom window flapped noisily a few nights when we had high winds. (I'm a light sleeper.) I would definitely go back and highly recommend this rental. Thanks!

Probably the best proper we've ever stayed in, in this price range. Just as advertised. The host was really kind and accommodating, the house info and rules very clear and helpful. Two lovely bedrooms with balconies, two bathrooms, great water pressure in the showers. Fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Absolutely perfect. Location is outstanding, right near the sea, lively but not overly crowded beach and seafront full of cafes, restaurants and bars.

Die Wohnung ist fantastisch und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-in mit der Gastgeberin lief prima und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung de Wohnung insgesamt sowie die Klimaanlage waren sehr gut. Sehr komfortable Betten machen das Schlafen sehr angenehm.
