Our villa is located in a small charming village called Dračevac Ninski, just 17 km from center of old town Zadar. Villa is close to shops, restaurants and a lot of beaches.
It is surrounded by 4 National parks.

Exterior of the house is amazing. You will enjoy in large garden with a lot of olive trees and vineyards. Also there is a swimming pool with massage system, barbecue and playground for traditional dalmatian game called boccie. The property is surrounded by walls so you will have total privacy. Besides that villa is on a secluded place with vineyards and olives all around so you will feel united with nature.

Interior is decorated in old rustic style and equipped with a lot of old priceless details. On the ground floor is rustic kitchen, 2 bathroom and 2 bedroom. One bedroom is overlooking directly on the pool.
On the first floor is balcony with amazing view on whole property and nature. Also there is one bedroom and one bathroom.

We recommend our villa for people who wanna feel old Dalmatian lifestyle and in the same time enjoy in peacefully place that is isolated from people and traffic. Also within few minutes You will enjoy in crystal clear sea :)

We had a wonderful stay!The house had a spacious driveway with plenty of room for parking.This is important to me because we have a large car, and parking is often a problem.We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and found a delicious assortment of meats waiting for us in the fridge.Every few days, the hostess brought us vegetables or wine from her garden.Everything was delicious, and the hostess was very friendly.It's a beautiful house with everything you need.There was a minor problem with the pool, but it was fixed quickly without causing us any inconvenience.For us, vacation means relaxing in a cozy environment.We were able to do that here with plenty of peace and quiet and space.It gets warm in the summer, so shade is a must. You can find it under the covered terrace or even cooler under the trees.Highly recommended!

Es war wunderschön. Sehr nette Gastgeber, super schöne Gegend. Das Haus und der garten waren ein Traum, wir wurden den ganzen Urlaub mit Obst und Gemüse versorgt, der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Hunde hatten viel Platz sich auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück zu bewegen.Wir warwn drei Erwachsene und drei Kinder das Haus und alles andere war einfach nur perfekt.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Tolles Ferienhaus mit sehr netten Gastgeber

Wir konnten einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus verbringen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Haus liegt ruhig, das riesige Grundstück ist eingezäunt und die Terrasse ist nicht einsehbar. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir durften uns aus dem Garten mit Feigen und Trauben bedienen.

Tolle Gastgeber und wunderschöne Außenanlage

Die Gastgeber waren so herzlich und hilfsbereit. Regelmäßig stand frisches Gemüse aus dem Garten vor der Tür, sogar zum Essen wurden wir eingeladen. Die Anlage mit Pool und großem Garten war wunderschön. Mit wenigen Fahrminuten war alles gut erreichbar. Das Haus empfinden wir für 6 Personen für die Dauer von 2 Wochen etwas zu klein und ein Zimmer konnte leider nicht genutzt werden. Dafür wurde ein neues eingerichtet. Es gab nur in 2 Schlafzimmern eine Klimaanlage (obere und untere Etage). In der mittleren Etage wo der Ess- und auch Schlafbereich, sowie Küche war, war leider keine vorhanden. Ebenfalls haben wir eine bequeme Möglichkeit zum sitzen für drinnen vermisst, wenn es draußen mal sehr warm war.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit erstklassigen Vermietern

Das Haus ist 1:1 wie auf den Abbildungen. Die Sauberkeit verdient die Bestnote. Die Vermieter sind sehr zu vorkommend und sehr sehr nett. Aus dem angrenzenden Garten durften wir uns mit Salat und Feigen bedienen. Auch wenn es um Tipps geht (schöner Strand, guter Metzger, etc.) sind sie immer ansprechbar. Man muss es erlebt haben, das gibt es in dieser Form nur selten. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Schöne Villa mit traumhaften Garten

Eine traumhafte Villa mit sehr sympathischen, lieben Vermietern! Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir durften uns im Garten am Gemüse und Obst bedienen. Die Aussage in der Beschreibung, dass das Anwesen von Mauern umgeben ist war uns mit ausschlaggebend für die Buchung, da wir seit kurzem einen kleinen Hund aus dem Ausland übernommen haben, der noch nicht so gut hört. Ein Teil des Grundstücks ist lediglich mit einem grobmaschigen Bauzaun umgeben durch den kleine Hunde durch passen. Somit konnten wir den Hund nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen. Wir waren zu viert und empfanden die Terrasse, aufgrund eines Absatzes als Begrenzung, zum Sitzen etwas zu klein. Wünschenswert wäre ein TV im großen Schlafzimmer vor allem da ein Anschluss bereits vorhanden war. Die Klimaanlage war nur für das oberste Stockwerk, aber es war kühl genug im Erdgeschoss. Insgesamt aber wirklich eine wunderschöne Villa in sehr ruhiger Lage, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

Unvergesslicher Traumurlaub

Das Objekt ist in der Realität genauso wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Alles sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett, auch zu unseren zwei Kindern, welche herzlich willkommen waren. Wir wurden mit frischem Obst und Gemüse versorgt und die Gastgeber waren bei allen Anliegen und Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir haben die Zeit in Kroatien sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber selber sind super freundlich und zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist das Haus auf keinen Fall rollstuhlgerecht, was von der Agentur aber expliziet bestätigt wurde. Dies hat den Aufenthalt dort schon sehr erschwert. Auch ist nur die obere Etage klimatisiert, was aus der Beschreibung des Objekts nicht zu erkennen war.

Es war für uns ein super schöner Urlaub. Unser Hund hat sich auf dem großen eingezäunten Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer darauf bedacht, dass alles zur Zufriedenheit ist. Es ist alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wie kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sehr schönes abgelegenes Haus

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche hier, ruhig und abgelegen ca. 20 min zu den verschiedenen Stränden und nach Zadar. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit zu erreichen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und es war alles Sauber.

A small garden Eden

The villa offers an unique experience, a natural stone and wood house with individual character, an exclusive pool and a huge garden full of olive trees, wine, paprika, tomatos and much more. The guests are allowed to take fruits from the garden. The owner repects the privacy, they always ask for allowance in advance before they enter the estate to manage the garden. They are very kind and try to help in any matter.

Liebevolles Haus mitten auf dem Land

Liebevoll gepflegtes und sehr sauberes Haus. Riesiger Garten. Man wohnt in einem kleinen Ortsteil, Nachbarn weit weg in absoluter Ruhe auf dem Land. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man kann in der gegend einige Ausflüge unternehmen, z.B. Krka NP, Zadar, diverse Strände und Inseln (Pag, Vir usw.). Wir waren zu fünft mit Hund (das Grundstück ist von einer Mauer umgeben, Hund bleibt da) und alle hatten Platz und haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Insel zum Wohlfühlen

In der Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe des urigen, liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichteten Landhauses kann man wunderbar dem Alltag entfliehen, entspannen und sich wohlfühlen. Der Garten, aus dem wir uns nach Herzenslust bedienen durften, ist mit dem erfrischenden Pool ein kleines Paradies. Die Gastgeber sind so herzlich und fürsorglich, man fühlt sich einfach willkommen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, so dass viele lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele und Strände gut erreicht werden können. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Traumhafte Entspannung mitten in der Natur

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche. Alles war wie beschrieben und noch besser. Die Vermieter haben mit ihrer außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundschaft unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gestaltet. Sie haben sogar für uns Fleisch zum Grillen eingekauft, damit wir in Ruhe am Pool den Tag verbringen konnten. Der wurde auch täglich vom Vermieter gereinigt. Das ganze Haus war sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl darin gefühlt. Außerdem durften wir die diversen selbst angebauten Leckereien aus dem Garten kosten. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Fazit: pure Entspannung in einem wunderschönen Anwesen. Und falls etwas gebraucht wird...die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und sind sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste. Einfach toll.
