About this property

Comfortable house of 110 m², bubble of oxygen ideal for 4 people. Go in your swimsuit to Riva beach 100 m away.
Rental all year round from Saturday to Saturday (7 days minimum).
In summer, access to our private heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, from mid-May to mid-September and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (except Sundays and public holidays and under the responsibility of legal representatives for children under 16).
In winter, take advantage of the Nordic bath at your disposal.
On the ground floor:
Large living room with fireplace, TV, Box and free Wi-Fi. 1 Bedroom with shower room and sink. Level access to the outdoor terrace. Equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher.). Lingerie with washing machine, dryer and cupboards. Independent WC.
Upstairs :
Mezzanine with office for teleworking. 1 bathroom (bubble bath and washbasin) adjoining 1 large Bedroom giving access to the Solarium on the wooden terrace. Independent WC.

We hebben genoten van onze week in Ouistreham. Gastheer en gastvrouw zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De aankomsttijd in de advertentie wijkt af: 17 uur in plaats van 16 uur. Ook het aantal badkamers komt niet overeen. Maar verder: top!

Séjour agréable malgré le temps mitigé

Maison agréable dans laquelle il fait bon vivre et hôtes charmants. A 2 pas de la plage idéal pour famille, de nombreuses visites possible (village vikings, musée 2nd guerre ), il y en a pour tous les goûts quelque soit la météo.
