Great location for holiday and D day landings.

It proved excellent for 5 people being well equipped for long and short stays. The close proximity to beach and restaurants helps with convenience as no car needed. The surrounding streets are quiet, safe and beautifully tree lined. The garden is a lovely resource and is child friendly with a great swing. Whilst not a new property it is adequate, with clean bedding and towels with a separate toilet and shower room, essential with children. The washing machine was a great help with drying space outside. Visiting for the D day landing sites is ideal as it is close to Pegasus bridge and is actually on Sword beach. I would recommend it as a holiday destination.

Il serait plus honnête de préciser que le gîte dit "rez de jardin" n'est autre qu'un sous-sol aménagé avec notamment une chambre aveugle. L'odeur d'humidité et de moisi devient vite insupportable dans tout le gîte.Par ailleurs, toiles d'araignées à tous les lustres, insectes morts dans les coins. Douche pratiquement bouchée. Installations diverses discutables (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, baguettes murales pendantes,VMC...). Je ne recommande pas ce "gîte".

Bon séjourDeux points négatifs : 1) annonce Abritel peu précise sur le fait qu'il s'agit du sous-sol aménagé (avec goût, certes) d'une maison, donc d'autres occupants à l'étage et pas de fenêtres donnant sur l'extérieur dans les deux chambres.2) Un Zibro comme chauffage d'appoint dans la pièce principale, dangereux pour des petits et odeur fort peu agréable.

Maison très bien située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec 2 enfants de 20 mois et 4 ans. Nous avons apprécié le jardin assez grand avec salon de jardin et transats et le portique pour les enfants. La maison est idealement située, au calme, mais tout peut être fait à pied : la plage, les restaurants, les attractions.... La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Véronique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bien situé

Location très bien située, très proche de la plage et des rues commerçantes. Très bonne communication avec Véronique qui est très réactive. Seul bémol : le logement est humide, il faut aérer un maximum et il est difficile d'y faire sécher le linge.

Urlaub mit Senioren

Die Wohnung liegt im Untergeschoss mit einem direkten Gartenzugang, Liegestühlen, Sessel, großer Tisch mit Stühlen, ausreichend Schatten. Die Dusche ist für Senioren mit eingeschränkter Beweglichkeit durch die hohe Stufe zur Duschwanne nicht gut geeignet, ebensowenig wie die das kleinere Schlafzimmer, in dem der Abstand zwischen Bett und Wand sehr gering war. Die Ausstattung mit Küche, Schränken, Couch war sehr ansprechend und ausreichend, wir hatten sehr schöne Tage dort verbracht und empfehlen die Location gerne weiter

Location vraiment bien Très calme et très sympa … proche de la mer … Accès à pieds facile à la plage, à la thalasso et à la rue commerçante (très agréable de ne pas prendre la voiture). C est la seconde fois que nous réservons cette location. Encore pas déçue. Super accueil par Véronique que l on embrasse. Pour un séjour en avril, un chauffage électrique dans la pièce serait appréciable pour les soirées fraîches mais nous avons eu la chance que le soleil arrive et nous rechauffe dès le 2eme soir. A refaire au plus vite

Maison au calme et proche de commerces, qqs minutes à pied de la mer. Accueil toujours sympathique de Véronique qui nous a mis plein des choses à disposition. Maison humide par ce temps froid, nous étions au rez-de-jardin. Bruits de la VMC assez perturbant la nuit. Pas assez de vaisselles, dérangeant si on reste plus de 2 jours.
