This Saturday turn day property is in the Up Trent neighborhood, and is a well-designed island home offering a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The screened porch across the back of the house provides a nice retreat to enjoy the summer breeze while drinking your morning coffee or evening cocktail. It is a short walk or bike ride to the village shops, Silver Lake harbor, and restaurants. The downstairs master bedroom has a private bathroom with a full tub/shower combo. The two bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom. Underneath the house is a small BBQ area with a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower. This property does not provide linens or towels, please inquire about rental options. *Ask about optional offsite boat docking*
