About this property

Studio Vacation nine, any comfort, in the countryside - the gateway to the Camargue

Located in the town of Beaucaire in the countryside 2 km from the city center, this charming studio will welcome you with pleasure and an aperitif will be offered on the day of arrival and a welcome gift.

Beaucaire is a city of art and history, which will allow you to stroll through its old center to the castle but also can enjoy our beautiful sun on the terrace of a cafe on the marina. A shaded provencal market is held twice a week on the port. (Sunday and Thursday)
A green way of ten kilometers to Montfrin will allow you to make beautiful ballad on foot or by bike.

The studio for 2 persons consists of a main room of 45 sqm.
The kitchen area is equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, espresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils .

A laundry room is available with a washing machine and a dryer and an iron.

A TV is available with a convertible sofa and comfortable.

The sheets for the double bed are provided as complimentary towels.

A shaded green area awaits you after your long walking days. A barbecue is available.

The pool is shared with the owner (50 m 5. 9. 00m)

Great little studio. Well appointed. Delightful owners.

The studio was very clean. All necessary cleaning products were available as was charcoal for the BBQ. The kitchen satisfied every need. The bathroom had a very good shower. A pleasant garden to sit in enhanced the stay. Danielle and Patrick were most friendly and helpful. The location is good for access to many parts of the region and an easy drive from Marseille Airport.

Séjour très moyen. Trop de promixite avec les propriétaires. La douche très ancienne

Le studio n était pas très propre à notre arrivée. Quand à la douche les joints étaient moisis obliger d acheter un tapis de douche. Ça ne donnait vraiment pas envie de se laver. En plus l eau était ferrigineuse. Ce qui n'est pas précisé dans le descriptif..

Lieu idéal pour passer un weekend en famille tranquille et profiter des villes et villages aux alentours. Le gîte est très bien situé. Au bord d'une route mais qui donne accès rapidement à Beaucaire, Tarascon ou sites touristiques. L'accueil y est très chaleureux.

Rilassante con piscina e comoda per un tour

La casa non è grande ma una famiglia con due bambini ci può vivere tranquillamente. È ben accessoriata e strategicamente utile per fare un tour della zona perché in un raggio di 25 km si raggiungono Arles, Nimes, Avignone, ad un'ora d'auto dal mare (Sainte Marie, Aigues Mortes). I propietari sono gentili, cordiali e disponibili, ma discreti. L'acqua del rubinetto non è potabile perché ferrosa, ma gli stessi proprietari mettono a disposizione una generosa fornitura di acqua in bottiglia. La casa è vicina alla strada ma con le finestre chiuse è ben insonorizzata. La piscina è un plus molto apprezzato così come la bottiglia di vino omaggiata al nostro arrivo. Completano la proprietà il giardino con parcheggio interno, un recinto con due cavalli e la presenza di un tenero cane.

Très beau studio , avec belle piscine et joli et grand jardin, et par dessus tout un superbe accueil par les propriétaires qui sont particulièrement prévenants et à l'écoute du bien être de leurs locataires. Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour au festival d'Avignon et dans cette très belle région. merci!

De bonnes vacances très riches en souvenirs...

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans ce studio tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Cette location est très bien située pour ceux qui veulent visiter les villes chargées d'histoire comme Arles, Nîmes , Avignon... profiter de la Camargue toute proche et des côtes de la Méditerranée. L'accueil chaleureux et attentionné des propriétaires à notre égard nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour. C'est bien sur , sans problème, que nous recommandons ce lieu pour des vacances riches en souvenirs. Odile et Gilbert

une semaine très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine remarquable, nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires tout à fait charmants et très sympatiques.Nous avons apprécié leurs conseils pour nous indiquer une multitude de sites à visiter dans cette belle Provence. Le studio est très bien agencé, très propre et conforme à la description. Tout était parfait avec en prime le soleil et la piscine pour se rafraîchir et se détendre. C'est avec enthousiasme et beaucoup de joie que nous recommandons cette location pour des vacances riches en souvenirs. Encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux. Claire et Thierry
