In addition to the onsite swimming pool, the property has a Bocce Ball Court, a half-court Basketball Hoop and a full badminton court. Or just relax on one of the two Balconies overlooking the Front Yard, with a view of the unspoiled vistas.

The interior amenities include two Master Bedroom suites, one with a Balcony overlooking the Front Yard, a king-size bed, a stone-lined stall shower, and a luxurious jetted bathtub; the other opening onto the Front Patio with a queen-size bed and a full on-suite Bathroom. The third and fourth Bedrooms both contain queen-size beds and share a common, third Bathroom. The downstairs Family Room features a 42in. flat-screen HDTV with DirecTV satellite service. The upstairs Living Room features a wood-burning fireplace, a 52in. flat-screen HDTV also with DirectTV service, a Balcony overlooking the Front Yard, and a Dining Area adjacent to the Kitchen.
