I must first apologize to the guest for the inconvenience caused. Like I explained to her through my reply to her messages I was new to this site and did not know that if I'm not online the site does not send notifications on Bookings via phone/ sms like other sites. I only got the booking much after and it was too late. We have now adjusted to this site and assure our next guests will get our best service.
