Our apartment is in the prettiest and most popular common around Aix-Les-Bains, Tresserve.
In a residential area, the Colette villa, surrounded by green areas, offers a magnificent view of Revard and the Dent du Chat.
Colette villa is a house from the 19th century, recently renovated with 6 apartments, with a large 15 meter swimming pool awaits you.
The apartment is a duplex with:
- On the ground floor, a kitchen, a seating area + a dining room and a toilet.
- Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds + 1 bathroom with shower.
A garden of almost 300 m2, a spacious terrace and a barbecue will end up giving you the impression of being at home.

Séjour presque parfait

Appartement parfait pour 4 personnes, bien situé ,dans un cadre très agréable . Nous avons apprécié la grande piscine ,facile d accès, pendant la période de canicule . seul bémol : nous ne nous sommes pas senti les bienvenus à cause de remarques de voisins copropriétaires peu tolérants.

Appartement bien équipe avec terrasse très agréable

Très belle vue sur la montagne environnante, la terrasse est très agréable et équipé avec un barbecue, table chaise pour manger en extérieur. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié passer du temps à l'extérieur. Appartement bien équipé avec piscine juste à coté. Très bon accueil de Véronique qui présente l'appartement et les détails pour le parking. Propriétaire disponible et qui prend contact avec le locataire en début de location par téléphone. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans la région du lac du bourget. Il y a beaucoup d'endroit à visiter et découvrir. Nous recommandons cet appartement qui proche de toutes les commodités en quelques minutes en voitures.

Ce gite est très bien amènagé et situé dans une région magnifique avec le lac du Bourget . Le propriétaire est charmant .Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un lieu très calme en face du massif des Bauges .Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
