About this property

U Nah Kin, "House of the Sun" in Mayan, offers 1 and 2 bedroom condos on Aventuras Akumal. This Bay is popular for its gorgeous stretch of white sand beach which also makes it attractive for turtles to nest there. Aventuras Akumal beach is one of the nicest on the coast and a well kept secret, it's normally a quieter bay than others. Akumal is just a few miles drive north where you can find restaurants and other services.

U Nah Kin #1 - The two bedroom condo has a king bed in the master and king in the guestroom to accommodate up to 4 people plus one more on the queen sized futon in the living room. The second bedroom has a lockable connecting door to the main bedroom and also has its own exterior door for extra privacy. The upper second bedrooms each have a small balcony overlooking the tropical gardens to the rear and the mayan jungle beyond. The one bedroom condo has a king bed for 2 people and also the futon in the living room.

Each bedroom has a private bath and air conditioning. Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen and sitting room with Satellite TV and stereo. The units are bright, there are glass sliding doors which open onto private terraces and the beach.

The beach area has beach and lounge chairs, and patio furniture and hammocks for your enjoyment. There is also a grill provided, and kayaks to enjoy the bay.

Beautiful Ocean

We were well cared for by the local staff, the apartment is clean and well equipped. The beach and ocean are right out the back door with lounge chairs and kayak ++ The pictures were taken with a fish eye lens so the living room looks more spacious than it actually is and it was perfect for the 2 of us.

Amazin help from the team!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loco ****** team and especially Katie - thank you very much, provided amazing support and help. They are super professional in what they do, fast to respond once we had communication going and did help with everything what was needed. They are our preferred choice for the area and we earlier used the liked of Airbnb. Loco ****** team is superior.The description and pictures matched what we were getting (to be totally honest we also knew both condominiums from earlier stays).The only hint I'd provide for the team is to provide phone number top Loco ****** team as this provides expected assurance that when in troubles there's someone who will pick up the phone. With that said, once booking has been confirmed we've received phone number to the local management company, so the only missing point is phone number to be able to talk live over the phone to Loco ****** team if required and to not count on email only.With second booking we've done everything within hours within same day - so there was very fast response as we were already getting under the existing thread.Thanks Katie and the team for all help!

Walk out the door and you are on the beach!

Cozy little condo, but the beach was the best part. Quiet neighborhood and sand coming right up to the patio was fantastic! Two couples escaping the snow enjoyed sun and snorkeling from our door.
